Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 per pass plus applicable taxes and you're allowed up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Clean spacious room. Lots of wait time for the elevator, but that is to be expected. We were missing a few pots and our coffee pot was broken, we notified them and they were replaced very quickly.

The condo area Lobby was super clean, we stayed on 2nd Floor took steps the stair well had a drinks with cherries that had been left on stairs it was there for days and still there when we left last night. The furniture in condo 210 needs upgrade badly. I covered it with the xtra set of sheets, did not want my grandchildren sitting on it!The bed in the second bedroom was bowed down in the middle, actually thought the bed would break, the tv in the second bedroom did not work, Both closet doors were broken when we arrived on Saturday, could not use closet only one door worked on each closet. there was no large pots to cook with, no casserole dishes or bowls to serve food and only one large pan to fry bacon and sausage. unit needs to get with the times and get a keurig, I had to bring ours from home. Kitchen is in need of alot of things to cook with. Carpet in bedrooms needs to be replaced. We did not go barefoot on the carpet, had to wear shoes while in the house. I will stay at Boardwalk Beach again, however I will not rent this unit a 2nd time!Condo was in wonderful area of PCB. All the staff was so friendly!

The condo was great but the tiki bar has a very loud air conditioner that ran from 10:30am to 11:00pm right in front of balcony. You could not hear the ocean waves or anything. This honestly is the only complaint. Staff was perfect as everything else. I recommend the Boardwalk

Nice location, dirty room.

Nice location, 5-10 minutes away from pretty much everything. Pool and tiki bar was wonderful. Kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. But the couches were covered in stains/food and hairs(looked like it hadn’t been cleaned). Bedroom one had dried blood on the comforter and box spring. Bedroom two the comforter was covered in what looked like dog hairs and white sticky places all over it. So neither comforter in the bedrooms had been washed prior to us coming.

Dirty condo in a great location

We really liked the location and convenience of being directly on the beach. We would consider coming back if the place had not been so dirty. Both couches and all the chair cushions had stains on them. The carpet was dirty. The showers still had hair in it. The fridge and appliances were in disrepair. One of the closet doors was falling off. The place really needs some TLC. Staff was very friendly, just seems like the owners put the bare minimum into it.

Beautiful site to stay. Was not expecting some of the little prob

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the Condo and the staff we did meet were all so kind and. A few problems. We were told there would be a Keurig, there was not. We had to buy one. Not enough toilet paper. We had to buy more. The electric outlets in master bedroom did not work. Only one washrag for 5 days. However, these are small problems for the price. We will come back.

We liked the guards checking everyone at entrance and were impressed with the security guards at pools. The rooms were very clean and beautiful places to stay. We loved the ocean view from the balcony looking out at the ocean. Everything went exactly as we were told it would be. It was very quiet and peaceful at night and daytime also..
