The place was decent. Could use upgrades. Absolutely the bare minimum when it comes to what’s available in the kitchen. Bring your own salt and pepper and spices because there are none. We have stayed at Sterling Reef before and it was great. This unit I probably wouldn't book again.

Beach fun

Great location with a great view of beach. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Had a great stay! Beautiful property only negative was that pool was closed.

The only complaint was that our linen, had a stain that looked like a streak of blood towards the foot of the bed. We removed the sheets.

Great property, informative emails. The facility was well maintained and guarded. My unit had a few wear year issues, nothing too bad.

Family vacation

Very nice clean condo. I wish the heated pool was warmer. Our wrist bands wasn't in the room was able to get them without a issue.

Area rug, couch and chair needs to be cleaned. Electrical wire exposed. Would have been nice to have known the following; limited access to our balcony, patio and pool area due to construction. We did rent another condo at Sterling Reef last year and had a wonderful experience.

Regarding the cleanliness and safety concerns we do not show these issues were reported to our 24/7 Guest Services team who would have promptly notified our local Property Managers for them to be addressed. Nevertheless, your feedback has been shared with our Operations Team for review and resolution. We also understand how frustrating it can be to arrive and find that certain amenities, like the balcony, patio, and pool area, have limited access due to construction. We do our best to communicate any known disruptions in advance, and we apologize if that information wasn’t clear before your arrival. Love the property and Southern was easy to work with!

We are return guest to the Sterling Reef. We love this property and the condo was just as shown and described. Southern Vacation Rentals is for sure the choice to book. They communicate well and have a stress free check in process. The only reason I gave 4 stars on overall, is because for 2 days we had to use the stairs only due to the elevators being out. Not terrible for the 3rd floor but not great to bring ice chest/chairs up and down. The elevators did get repaired during our stay. Other than that, perfect place for a great beach vacation!

Great Place!

We have stayed at this complex several times and love it. This was the first time at this condo. It was very clean. Just steps from the beach. Only cons...elevator very slow....staff was able to enter our condo to leave a blanket, even though we had the door deadbolted while we were out on the balcony. So, the deadbolt is useless if someone has your door code? Two ladies staying alone in a condo need the security of a deadbolt lock, especially when sleeping.

Room was great host was super helpful and fast!!! I do think you should let people know tgey have to register their vehicles for 50 though. Overall 100% great place close to everything and super view!!!!
