Hey there! I want to make sure your stay at my place is awesome, so even though you'll enjoy a hassle-free, contactless keyless check-in, I'm just a phone call away, 24/7. If you need any help or have questions, don't hesitate to reach out.

I believe in giving guests their space, but also being available when needed. Guests will have access to the entire penthouse during their stay. Please note that there are approximately ten steps leading from the street to the front door of the building. For added security and convenience, both the apartment door and building door are equipped with keypads. However, between 10 pm and 8 am, guests will need to use a key fob to enter the building. Please be aware that a $100 fee will be charged by the building owner for any lost fobs.

Prime Location on the City Bike Path: One of the standout features of our loft's location is its direct access to the city's extensive bike path. This sprawling network connects the entirety of Kansas City, making our penthouse an ideal hub for cycling enthusiasts or those looking to explore the city on two wheels. Whether you're keen on a morning ride, a leisurely afternoon pedal, or a scenic evening tour, the city unfolds beautifully from the bike path's vantage point.

For those bringing their own vehicle, please note that parking for this unit is on the street. Although parking spots can be found in the vicinity, we recommend guests to be mindful of any posted restrictions or time limits to ensure a hassle-free stay. In addition to walking and public transportation, guests can also take advantage of Uber rides, City Bikes, and Bird scooters, which are readily available throughout the neighborhood, providing a convenient and fun way to explore the Midtown and its surroundings.

1 This is a historic building, and while it has been well-maintained, some aspects may not be as modern or updated as in newer constructions. We believe this adds to the charm and character of the penthouse.

2 The building is located in a bustling area. While this provides an exciting atmosphere, some guests might not love the city experience

3 Professional management is available 24 hours for emergencies and during regular hours for non-emergency requests, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free stay.

4 The heating system is radiant heat and, being on the top floor, the penthouse may be slightly cooler in the winter months.

5 Air conditioning is provided through window units in the living room and bedroom to keep the space comfortable during warmer months.

6 I strive to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all my guests. Therefore, I kindly request that you treat the space with care and report any damages or issues promptly.

7 Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down, especially during late hours and early mornings.
