Our guests love the convenient walk to the shops & restaurants of charming downtown Apalachicola. Master bedroom has a king bed with water views and balcony access. The second bedroom has a full size bed and private bath. Only steps to boat slips that can be reserved through Water Street Hotel & Marina. Swimming pool & gym access included!

Clean room - the host is super easy to communicate with and will respond quickly to any questions you may have I will definitely keep this place in my favorite list since we visit here at least once a year

So the host was very helpful. We had a couple issues and he had someone there to correct the issues right away. The master bath needs some major updating. It appears that it has been flooded or had water issues. Any supplies were bare-bones, but you never know what you’re gonna get on Vrbo. I do believe they have place needs a little bit of TLC.

Once again had a wonderful stay at Waterstreet Hotel for the Oyster Festival! It’s walking distance to the festival, shops and eating! Laura was great to work with and was quick to respond when needed for check in!

This property was a great value, and the location was amazing! Being on the first floor was a huge bonus since we didn’t have to worry about using an elevator. Another great perk was the on-site ice machine, which was perfect for filling coolers or stocking up on ice before a day of fishing.The only minor downsides were that the lighting in both bedrooms was pretty dim at night, which made it a little difficult to find things in our suitcases unless we were right next to a bedside lamp. The Wi-Fi signal also wasn’t strong enough to stream anything on the TVs, so we just skipped watching TV during our stay.Overall, those were small inconveniences compared to everything else the property had to offer. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book this property again!

My husband and I brought a friend with us for his first time in Apalachicola. We loved the location of this condo. It was within walking distance to everything and yet far enough away from any noise. It’s beautifully located on the creek so it was so peaceful in the morning for coffee on the balcony where we watched the sun rise. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen stocked with what we needed. We will definitely be back for another visit!
