Bright and airy, the oceanfront living room features wood floors, comfortable seating, smart TV, DVD, plantation shutters, and sliders leading to the oceanfront balcony. Families will love the separate media room, located just off the kitchen, complete with a flat-screen TV and Wii Game Station for hours of entertainment.

The kitchen offers beautiful ocean views, granite countertops, and all your cooking essentials. Enjoy meals in the ocean-view dining room with seating for six, or at the kitchen counter with seating for four—perfect for gathering friends and family for good food and conversation.

Perfect beach stay with college kids

This was a breath of fresh air having everything you needed and more. The location is perfect with older kids as we had the tiki bar right next door and Flagler Ave 1 mile away. Beautifully decorated and very clean.

Early Summer

We had a great time at the Malibu. We had stayed before in a different unit so we were familiar. It's a great location close to restaurants and a grocery store. Downtown is only a few minutes away. Lifeguard tower right in front of the property and the beach is nice here.

Beautiful condo!

Beautiful condo! The pictures don’t even do it justice. It was huge, very nicely decorated and a great view. We loved our first visit to New Smyrna Beach. Be sure to check out the inlet at Smyrna Dunes Park during low tide, Beachside Candy for ice cream, and all the yummy restaurant choices. Such a fun week! We hope to be back.

501 Malibu is absolutely stunning! Furniture and decor is beautiful!

Pictures do not do this property justice. It is decorated beautifully and the furniture is so comfortable. The deck overlooking the ocean is so large and comfortable. It is so nice having an end unit. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. There is a full size laundry room and sink as well. The large tvs in every room was thoroughly appreciated. Loved our stay so much!

The process was easy and the condo was incredible. It was the nicest condo we have stayed in during our many trips to New Smyrna. It is right on the beach with an awesome view. Very enjoyable experience

Perfect Beach Vacation

Great location!

The condo was beautifully decorated. We felt at home and enjoyed our stay. The view was what drew us to this location. And it did not let us down. The condo was clean and bright. Loved the corner unit.
