Beautiful new build completed in 2024. Located on the popular and very quiet west end of panama city beach. Within just a few minutes to destinations such as Alys beach and Rosemary beach. A 6-Seater Golf cart will be included with this rental at no cost to the guest. Only a couple minute golf cart ride down to the closest beach access, with no high rise condos or crowded beaches! This home has been built and furnished to a very high standard. You can expect high end furnishings, appliances, kitchen wares, linens and more. After a long day chilling at the beach come home to find everything you would need to cook at home for your group or take a dip in the private secluded pool in the backyard. With multiple balconies and outdoor spaces this home is perfect for a large family or two families still looking for some seclusion and space but having the convenience of all being under one roof, rest assured you will not feel cramped in this home.

Stayed here with our family of 7. Beautiful home, super clean and very nice!! Just a short drive to the beach, and other local attractions. 10/10 would stay here again!!

Very nice property! We had 6 adults and 5 children and there was plenty of room for all of us. Pool was great and the house was very close to the beach. The golf cart was a great bonus. We used it quite a bit to get to the beach. House is in a quiet area which we loved. Plenty of pool toys and also a lot of things to take to the beach (umbrella, chairs, sand toys, wagon, etc.) which was great! Also close to quiet part of the beach. Would stay here again.

Be prepared to buy / bring any paper or cleaning products you might need from day 1. A number of minor, yet annoying items needed to be repaired prior to our arrival. Request the pool be cleaned prior to your arrival. The host is corporate and has little knowledge of the property and often unavailable. I had VRBO reach out to them directly, and they also had to leave a message as well. As an example of the “host”: the grill ran out of propane while I was grilling some burgers. Happens, not a big deal at all. There were 2 empty propane cylinders in a walkway next to the house. I texted the host and asked if there were any full ones around. They responded that they would reimburse me if I had one of the empties refilled at a local provider. They actually wanted me, paying over 5,000 for the week, leave the rental, buy propane and send them a receipt. How insane is that? The host clearly doesn’t understand the customer and they should be there for me vs the other way around. They did eventually replace a broken coffee maker after I had to nag them about it. They dropped the new one off by the front door - didn’t tell me they were doing a drop off, that I eventually found. The old broken one wasn’t removed. House was pretty clean upon arrival, but not what you would expect after paying a high cleaning fee. House was very nice and what was expected, but a number of things around the house, fan, sink, lights, etc., needed repairs.

**For future guests**. The pool is cleaned and maintained on a regular basis by a third party professional company and was inspected and clean prior to this guests arrival, you do not need to request it to be cleaned. A suspected broken coffee maker was reported to us and was replaced the very next day with a brand new one the next morning, just not quick enough for this particular guest. Portable Gas tanks do not have an unlimited supply of gas sadly, if the 3 tanks we have on property all happen to run out at 4pm on a saturday afternoon such as in this case we kindly ask you replace it and we are happy to reimburse. Thank you.

Worcation

I had to come to PCB for work, and my family(wife and 6 children ages 2-15) came with me. I come fairly regularly, and have stayed at MANY rental homes. This was one of the nicest ones we have stayed in. Easy to find. Close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Kids loved the pool. Everything was so clean and beautiful!

Exceeded our expectations

House was gorgeous!!! My family and I have been to Destin, 30A, and this time we decided to stay in Panama City and this by far has been the best rental experience! House was basically NEW and everything was super clean. Beds were so comfortable, kitchen had everything I needed to cook during my stay, the outdoor grill and fire pit were a big plus. Kids had a blast in the pool but also enjoyed going to the beach. Another big plus were the beach chairs and 6 passenger golf cart that were provided with rental. Definitely will be coming back to this beautiful house!

We had a wonderful time staying in this home. We are a family of 6 and the layout of the house was great for our big family. After a little mishap with the kitchen faucet, I realized we we didn't have paper towels or a kitchen towel to clean up the water. I messaged the contact number and we had what we needed within a couple hours. We were missing a couple key items like dishwasher tabs, toilet paper in one of the bathrooms but those were all corrected in that same delivery. The pool is so nice and it gets warm in the backyard in the early afternoon. It gets shady in the pool behind the house but on the warm days, it was still nice. There wasn't a hair dryer in the bathroom but I had a brush dryer that I used. I usually check to make sure and this time I just assumed there would be one, so that was the only thing missing for me. The golf cart was amazing, my kids absolutely loved our golf cart rides to the beach! We definitely will want to stay again! My ONLY wish was that the pool was heated. I am just getting too old for cold pools. My kids were totally fine going in, I couldn't even go in past my knees. We can't wait to come back!

This is an amazing place to stay, pretty much have everything you need. The only issue we had was the freezer wouldn’t open and they delivered a small one until that could be fixed and the pool needed cleaning and that was addressed quickly. Would definitely recommend and stay here in the future.
