Nice secluded area for any occasion, family vacation, romantic getaway, Girls/guys trip! We are right by the bloody run trout stream. Plenty of yard for games or roaming. Newly built pond with dock, kayaks, paddle boat and beach area. Pond is shared with The cottage guests only. Please when leaving the beach use the wash area to save on sand tracking in. Please do not take bath towels to the beach. If you love nature and a warm campfire you will love the Cabin!
Don’t be alarmed by the train noise it’s actually pretty neat to see the train go by at night while sitting by the fire. A very well-maintained and cozy cabin. Had everything we needed and more. We went for the hiking and sightseeing but could have hung out at the cabin and just relaxed on the property…very private and quiet place with plenty of things to do.

Perfect for a relaxing, quiet weekend

We loved our stay. The cabin had everything we needed, plus some. Our kids loved the board games, the basketball hoop and sandbox. Quiet location. The few trains that went by didn’t bother us at all, our 4 year old actually loved watching them go by.

One issue

Overall would recommend but it had a pond in the listing as an amenity. It would have been great except the pond was pretty much drained

Hi Alex , Glad you enjoyed your stay at the cabin. With the drought and doing some maintenance on the pond , the pond is bigger and better for our guests. Please look us up again and we will definitely work with you. Having great experiences for our guests is our top priority. Thanks again
