Regarding housekeeping, we would like to kindly clarify that the mid-stay service details are shared via email prior to arrival and are also reviewed and acknowledged during the check-in process. This service includes the delivery of fresh toiletries and trash pick once a day for 2 days, while full cleanings are scheduled separately after departure and according to the reservation terms. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us continue improving communication and guest expectations.
