The place was beautiful. Very clean, modern. The outside view was great, great view of the beach. We enjoyed the resort and the beach. I can see myself staying here again.

My wonderful stay at the Palomas.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the condo. Everything was clean and in good condition. Our view from the 5th floor was amazing I would definitely be looking forward to another stay here. The resort staff was so nice and everything is so well taken care of. I recommend it 100%

Very comfortable condo

I love this place and will contact Steve again when I go there. The king bed is so comfortable. Didn't cook but the kitchen has everything. It was also easy to talk to Steve!

Loved it!

My adult children and I visited this beautiful condo at Las Palomas resort and had a fantastic time! The condo was clean, well furnished and had a lovely balcony with view of the pools and beach. The negative edge pool, swim up bar, festive happy hours, lazy river and friendly staff made for a lot of fun in the sun! The owner was gracious to work with and spent time answering all of my questions to ensure we had a safe and wonderful trip. We will definitely we back!

Disappointed in a few things regarding the room.

Overall beautiful place to stay but the floor was filthy and there was no mop, had to borrow from our families suite. Ottoman bed had broken metal piece on the side that nearly cut my son's leg, we had to wrap it a towel around it and the a/c didn't stay at the temp we wanted it and the last night it wouldn't go down from 79 degrees at all. This was our 3rd stay in RP and not the best as far as the accommodations.

Thank you for your comments but may I ask why you wouldn’t call the front desk by picking up the phone in the condo? The resort is paid to clean the condo, A commision to take care of the guest and they could have been there within minutes to resolve all of these concerns. We also pay a service contract for the air conditioning which includes onsite 24 hour service.

High standard of living in Mexico

We loved the condo. You have a view of the ocean from the balcony and the walk down to the beach is quick. We asked for extra blankets and got them quickly; the staff is really fantastic. We used the kitchen quite a bit as we were stuck inside due to rain and this was my only real complaint: there are not paper towels or consumables (dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent) provided. There was one dish washing tab upon arrival but we used it quickly and the maid didn't replace so we were stuck washing dishes by hand with a sponge that fell apart immediately. For such a nice place we would have appreciated having access to a broom too (lots of sand). Otherwise, everything was clean, we had enough towels, and the pools/grounds were very well- maintained. One other note: the lightbulbs are on the dim side and it was difficult to put on makeup. :)

Never again

The owner was unprofessional, the fridge was broken he didn’t get replacement till 24hrs later, my food was spoiled bc the hotel kept saying nothing is wrong with the fridge. After 6hrs of being in a freezer I believe something is going to freeze, nothing did. Owner refused to give me refund for the food that spoiled (about $200 worth) on top of that I had to spend more money to buy me and my kids food the rest of trip. It was a horrible experience and so sad bc we went with a group of 35 adults and they all asked who I rented condo from! They come at least twice a year.. never again will we rent from this person. Hotel didn’t have ice machines and I’m not going out at night to get ice, not safe. It ruined two days at least trying to get someone to help!

Ok what actually happen was a guest who sent an email to let me know about a problem at 10:40pm, YES 10:40pm. Not sure about you but Im usually sleeping but we still tried to accommodate. So the resort looked at the defective fridge immediately, which is obviously out of my control, and had a replacement there the next morning. My repair guy who showed on zero notice still did his best first thing in the morning to repair the fridge and was told to leave.. We offered a food credit but the guest refused. She was Only Looking gor a free stay for the entire time.

Clean and modern

A great little condo for two! Very clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The host was great at communicating and providing info. I would recommend this place :)

Great location and views!

Overall we had a great stay. I recommend bringing bedding for the pullout couch and twin rollaway. Kitchen could use a few baking sheets and a big pasta pot. Very clean and lots of room for 5.

Perfect, relaxing long weekend

Enjoyed our stay in Puerto Penasco. Condo was conveniently located, close to the elevator, and on the west side of the property, so no afternoon sun coming onto the balcony.
