Explore the unique UNESCO heritage town in this bright, newly renovated, loft style apartment. You won't miss any of the action sitting on the large, sunny deck overlooking Lunenburg Harbour & the Bluenose II. Whether it's the comings & goings of the majestic schooners; the dory or sailboat races; the arrival of new vessels which have come from afar; or simply the daily activity of the harbour; everything happens on the Bluenose wharf.

The shops, restaurants & art galleries are only steps away or around the corner. After dining in one of the many fine or family restaurants, you can walk the streets, steeped in a fascinating history and explore the intriguing architecture which gives Lunenburg it's special charm.

Beautiful beaches are only a short drive away, with either calm waters for toddlers or wavy surf providing endless enjoyment for teenagers & more adventurous sorts.

Summers in the town are filled with music, art & street festivals.

This was our first time visiting Lunenburg. After a long travel day it was so nice to sit on the deck and look out over the water. It is in a perfect location to walk to tourist attractions, restaurants and shops. The place isn't modern but it is cozy and clean and fits with the vibe of the town. The only down side are the steps to get to the third floor. It was a little tough with luggage but we managed. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable, well furnished place to stay in the heart of Lunenburg.

The only complaint was not enough towels. There was 3 of us and only 4 towels 3 hand towels and 3 face clothes

Fabulous location! Minutes to the best restaurants, docks etc. Apartment exactly as expected, clean and comfortable. Deck is fabulous on a sunny day! So much better than a hotel. Not ideal in a couple of ways… Noise (child below sometimes less than happy) but more importantly cooking odors from apartment below were bad. Really need a wall mounted exterior fan on sidewall by stove in that unit. Screen door to deck needs repair and adjustment so it can close properly. Roof hatch by bathroom leaked in rain. Would still recommend.

We returned to this location twice on our trip as it was unavailable for a few nights during our stay. By far, it was our favourite. We will be back.

With its central location, this Lunenburg apartment was ideal to explore Lunenburg's many galleries and shops as well as exploring points in the surrounding area. The apartment was well-equipped and drenched in natural light from the skylights and balcony overlooking the harbor. Check-in/out was a breeze and the hosts were very helpful and responsive.

This was our second time returning to this property. We loved it so much when we visited two years ago that we scheduled our trip around this unit's availability. The balcony access and views are unmatched and heightens relaxation as you become attuned to the harbour's schedule. Watching the Bluenose depart and arrive is definitely a highlight. Great good is within walking distance and evening strolls long the colourful streets are a must. Also, free parking is easy to find and only a block or two away. If this space is available when we return in the future, we will definitely stay here again. Thanks for another great stay, Stephen!

Irma and Steve were lovely hosts. The apartment is situated perfectly in Lunenburg so everything is in walking distance. The details of the space were literally so cute. We loved it here and would stay here forever if we could.

This property is a delight . there is plenty of space with two bedrooms, separate seating area and entire kitchen with island seating. The skylights are situated that they bring in beautiful sunlight from the morning to sunset. The deck overlooking the harbour provides the perfect view of the blue nose at the dock. It’s a delight to sit out on the deck and listen to the happy chatter of people enjoying themselves. the hosts are very responsive.

Lunenberg long weekend

We stayed 5 nights for a family wedding. Location was perfect for all our activities. Very clean, great balcony overlooking the harbor! Would recommend.

Great oceanside holiday apartment

Lovely, characterful and clean apartment, with all the appliances you need for a comfortable stay. The seaside themed decorations tied in well with the stunning view of the docks and ocean, connecting it to the fabulous location it is in. Had a very nice stay and felt well rested afterwards!

Great Stay

We rented the upstairs and downstairs apartments. We spent a lot of time on the deck and enjoyed the view. The place was very clean and safe. The town is wonderful and the location of this rental allowed walking access to everything.
