Great walk to the beach home. Situated in a quiet residential area the home is about a 10-minute walk to beautiful unspoiled Manasota Beach. The pool is very private and surrounded by shrubbery and has recently been resurfaced with pavered pool area. Nice outdoor dining area with table, chairs and tv to enjoy.
On entry into the large living room, there are comfortable sofas, cocktail tables, and TV.
Going through to brand new kitchen and dining area, which was recently updated and equipped. All white sparkling cabinets with quartz countertops and stainless appliances. Dining area off the kitchen leading out to the pool area.
The master bedroom is to the right of the house and has a queen bedroom set, and TV. There is an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. recently updated
The other two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house one has a queen bed and the other has full size bed with a set of bunks. These rooms share another renovated full bathroom. The entire home has new ceramic tile throughout for easy beach living. Minutes to shopping, restaurants, and many golf courses in the area.
