property is a great vacation spot for family. house was very spacious and backyard was ample space also. perfect location to walk/bike to Coligny plaza and beach. Hosts were super accomadating as well. Many beach toys/chairs to use too!

The house was beautiful, and the location was wonderful. We had a great trip overall and really enjoyed our stay. There were a few issues that could use some attention, though. The AC caused problems for some of our guests, and the front half of the houses rooms were freezing while the other half was warm. We also experienced a few clogged sinks, and the cleanliness of the comforters and sofa could have been better.Overall, the house was nice, and we had a wonderful trip. With a little attention to these details, it would be an even better experience for future guests.

Previous client leave a lot of garbage. There were rusted beach chairs by the garbage bins. Also the garbage bins were full.

The property was great for pets. Fenced in yard. Close walk to the beach. Management was vey responsive to any concerns or requests.

Perfect location! Close to shopping and food.

The house was in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach and shopping/food. My only complaint was ants in the kitchen but the AvantStay was quick to send someone out. Would rent it again!

Everything was as expected. Really great location walkable to beach, shopping and restaurants. Nice quaint quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and the check in and out process was seamless. They also left us a welcome gift which was a nice touch! Would definitely return.

Cute house with nice ameneties.

We had a few hitches upon arrival but the people in charge of the rental handled them immediately and without issue. I would rent from them again and would rent this home without hesitation. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. House was good size for our group of 7 people and our little dog. Great location for beach and Coligny Plaza.

Fourth of juluy

We had a great time. It was a short walk to the beach even for the four year olds. We walked daily to Coligny plaza for ice cream and window shopping. The house had what we needed and the pool was fun

If asked to write a review, I believe honesty is the best policy. While the company was attentive when we reached out with issues, those issues weren’t particularly addressed. The hallway bathroom had a toilet with a stuck valve; while the company’s maintenance crew came out to address the issue, it wasn’t actually fixed and so I still couldn’t use that toilet. The oven essentially showed an error message after using it a few times this week and our homemade scones were burned to a crisp. When we notified the company of the issue, they asked if we wanted to wait for a technician to show up. Of course, this was our vacation and we didn’t want to spend it inside the house waiting all day for a technician to show up and fix the defective oven as we assumed the appliances would be in working condition during our stay. The back rooms were extremely and uncomfortably cold, and there was children’s underwear, chewed gum, and other unpleasant items behind the couch when we arrived. Also, while they allow pets, there was no grass on the property and our pets essentially had to walk through gravel to use the bathroom. I felt the home was overpriced; all things considered. I wouldn’t return.

10 Park Road

Ruben and staff went above and beyond to ensure any issues or requests were met in a timely manner. Spacious home with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms made getting out the door each day easy. Pool was great to end each day at the beach. Great location to walk to the beach and Coligny plaza. Safe quiet neighborhood.

Great house!

They just need to do a few things to make it an excellent house. We had to buy a couple of basic things for the kitchen—hand mixer and grater. One bathroom only had warm water in the shower. Small things like that. We enjoyed our stay!

Location was great. Close to shops and the beach. The home itself needs some work. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Need new pillows - very uncomfortable. Outside of the house was pretty dirty and pool was always filled with debris and leaves. For the price, I wouldn’t stay again but overall an ok establishment.

The house treated us very well! Location was a quick 5-minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute bike ride to Coligny. The pool was a lifesaver after a long day at the beach, so the kids could cool down and relax! The house is adequately equipped with kitchen essentials, towels, and everyday comforts. Also want to call out the ample parking! We had 3 vehicles, but room for a 4th if needed. Hospitality was great, and local hosts were very responsive during the beginning and end of our week when we had questions.My only suggestions would be a new vacuum (ours was not working), and a broom be available for daily cleanup of sand and such. I would also recommend that anyone staying purchase paper plates and disposable utensils; we had a party of 9 and essentially had to run the dishwasher or hand-wash dishes after every meal. Overall, it was an excellent stay and a wonderful week on HHI. We would recommend this location to others and would 100% book again!
