We enjoyed our stay and the staff at the complex was very helpful and friendly and professional. Awesome location. We were able to enjoy the pool and beach. We will be back next year for bike fest!!

The room had damage that was not included in the photos. We paid more for this room than for a 1 bedroom larger unit I expected what was pictured. Tiles were missing inside door with water standing in the area. Light fixture on patio was barely attached. Mirrored closet door was broken. Wall behind door was busted. NONE OF THESE WERE IN PHOTOS. As mentioned, not happy with what I paid and the surprise of what we got!

For the most part, room was clean however there was a lot of hair in and around the inside of the shower (on the walls).There was also only one key and the pictures showed two. Pictures and description also showed beach chairs were included but none were there. Messages were sent and received to the host. She was apologetic and offered solutions. Overall we had a great time and did not leave disappointed.

Host was very quick in answering questions and accommodating. We love the room. The common areas and elevators were under construction. That's is only going to improve the place. Thanks again. We'll be back next year :)

Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. To no fault of the owner, the refrigerator was not in working order when we arrived. Unfortunately, we did not realize this until after stocking up at Publix and therefore we lost some groceries. While we were unable to use prior to leaving, the owner quickly ordered a new refrigerator. There was also a draft in the room that left a roaring noise, but we were able to remedy the noise with a towel in front of the door. Parking is always plentiful. Overall, we have visited Harbor Beach resort numerous times over the years and the pool is always pleasantly heated on cool days and direct access to the beach is great.

The first night we got there, it was busy and hardly any parking. Each time we left and came back we were able to find a spot though. Upon check in, all of the codes made it super easy to come and go from the property. The room was as described and pictured with a little bit more wear and tear, but it was clean, cozy and perfect for our stay. The pool with beach access were amazing!! There was a coffee pot, keurig, toaster, pans, pots, plates and cutlery available for use. The stovetop and fridge were clean and perfect for usage. The only downfall to the room, is that there are no dressers. The hallway closet was full of boogie board and chairs to use for the beach, so unless you hang everything, you will be living out of your suitcase. Since there were 3 of us and 2 of them being teenage girls, this was pretty annoying, as after the first day you will have sand everywhere, which means it was difficult to keep our clean close, sand free. There is space in the condo for dressers, so it would be perfect if they were available. We only stayed 5 days, so I couldn't imagine staying longer than that without dresser space. Other than that, the room was perfect!! For the building itself, if you are afraid of elevators...these are a little sketchy, noisy, they shake going up and down and make all sorts of strange noises. So just a heads up for that one LOL!

Dance competition/vacation stay

It was right at the beach and was very clean. We had all the dishes and appliances needed. We had only 4 small towels for showering and 3 thin beach towels luckily we brought the kids beach towels with us. There was only one elevator working and the key to the pool seemed to be a problem for many guest you had to fight with the door to get the key to work. Overall it was a good stay but there were just those bumps in the day. Waiting for the elevator to reach the eighth floor took awhile and every floor seemed to have residence trying to get down to the beach had to wait. Parking I thought would be a problem was just fine. The game room was a little misleading most the games required a charge except for the ping pong table that people had broken all but one of the balls. The property sat next to a public splash pad which for younger families is a huge asset but our kids are passed that. Overall we enjoyed the family time together and the property being so close but far enough away from the clutter was great. Thank you!

The check-in door code worked properly. The room was clean. The pool was very enjoyable. The parking was safe and adequate. It is right on the beach and very secure. We really enjoyed the view of the ocean and Daytona Beach from our room. We will come again.
