Host was very communicative and friendly, the space is large & a great value for the money, and the location is absolutely ideal. However, the unit was very dusty and could do with a deep cleaning, the downstairs toilet did not always flush, and the building itself is quite old and dated.

The suite was perfect for 3 friends enjoying a mini vacation. It was clean, with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a kitchen, living room and dining area. This is our 3rd year staying there. It is right across the street from the beach. It is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. There is a pool but the week we go in May, the pool is not open yet.

The apartment was in excellent shape and the location is perfect! We only stayed 1 night and the property was perfect for the six of us.I’d highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice place to stay in Cape May!

The townhouse was clean and well furnished. Host was very accommodating especially since we had to change our date because of bad weather. Downstairs was a little chilly, but upstairs was nice and warm Enjoyed our stay!

May Vacation

There are three adults, so this property is perfect with 3 bedrooms. Its location is also perfect for us. We park the car when we get there and are able to walk to everything.

Great stay

The accommodations are great!! The house is connected to a motel type property. In a great location. Tony, the property manager was very nice and took great care of us!

perfect spot

We felt like this place is a little secret in Cape May! Perfect location, had the pool pretty much to ourselves. The Motel staff provided us with fresh towels daily and even made the beds for us!

Nice stay at Cape May

This three bedroom beach front rental did not disappoint. It met our needs for an out-of-state reunion. Close to the beach and large enough to host a family of six. Clean and pleasant stay.

This was falsely advertised as completely renovated. Here are just a few of the issues:-not very clean-mold-peeling paint-ceiling in bedroom had water stains-dinning room table was falling apart on one side-dirty baseboards-tub not draining I doubt I will ever use VRBO again.

Wonderful location in a slightly quieter part of Beach Ave. The condo has so much potential if it had some maintenance and repair. The downstairs bathroom toilet worked occasionally during our stay. Our request for maintenance was prompt but the toilet still failed to consistently work properly. The dishwasher and frig are no longer “new” as some internal plastic parts were broken and failed to work properly, including the wheels of the bottom rack. The king mattress was hard and uncomfortable. Lastly, for 6 adults, the main living/eating space feels cramped with the current furniture arrangement. The upstairs bedrooms and bathroom are spacious and there is a lovely ocean view from one bedroom and the upstairs balcony.

Great location!

The condo was just what we needed for a long weekend over the holiday. It had everything we needed for our stay. Location can’t be beat. Oceanfront and within walking distance to downtown. Check in and check out were both quick and easy. Thanks for a great stay!
