2BR efficiency that is conveniently located on Saulsbury St crawling distance to the Starboard. This is available to rent as a 3-night weekend during the summer and is 1 block to the beach. The property has a great outside area with grill, outside shower and new Potterybarn Chesapeake outside furniture. Property is equipped including sheets on the beds so just bring your belongings and have a great weekend at the beach!

House is in a fantastic location, right next to everything and still felt very quiet & private.Check in & out was a breeze, amenities were great, and it was very neat & clean.The dog-friendly space was perfect for our little family getaway. Host is great and very responsive too.We plan to come back and would definitely recommend staying here!

Close to beach and restaurants nearby. The only downside was if the pullout sofa is pulled out, there's no path open from the one set of bunks.

This property is in a GREAT location with a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and so many restaurants, shops, and activities. It's also only a 5 minute drive to the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. Everything was clean and the outdoor space helped add room for our family to spread out when we needed more space. Overall, the place is minimalist, but well kept and clean!

Weekend Getaway

The location was great and quiet even though the house is in the heart of Dewey Beach. House was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was hot and powerful. Can't ask for much more from a beach town bungalo.

112D is close to the beach, well kept, and clean. Be advised there are no doors and one of the beds had no curtain in the window. One bed had no ladder for the top bunk and the bunk bed with a ladder was difficult and dangerous for an adult to use. The inside shower was excellent but the it's almost impossible to sit on the toilet due to lack of space. There is only one parking space for a condo that sleeps six people. Again, the condo was very clean upon arrival but the cost does not match the amenities. 112D is a converted basement. We stayed until Monday and noted the central AC was turned off on our last day. Also note the TV should be upgraded. It's impossible to run Netflix or Amazon Prime due to the lack of memory in the TV. The common outside area should be upgraded and the outdoor shower was disgusting. The grill was brand new. Overall, the cost for this unit is too high for what it has to offer.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Easy check in. Short walk to the beach. Maria was helpful when I had questions. Would stay here again.

The Property Manager is awesome. Very available for questions. She gave us some great advice on additional parking which was a god send. I left a pillow after we checked out and she offered to ship it back for us. The location is the best we've had staying in Dewey Beach, just STEPS from the Starboard!!! If you're coming to Dewey and need a quaint little place to stay, this is it!!!

Close to everything

Property is right in heart of Dewey. Easy walk to everything. 1.5 blocks to beach. Property is set up like a studio but areas are separated enough that sleeping arent on top of each other. Nothing fancy but has everything. Eating area inside is limited. But there is a table outside you could use. Overall good value.

The LR couch is kinda scary; old, indeterminate cleanliness. Asa visiting nurse, I was hesitant to sit on it. Bunk next to living room had disintegrating strapping hanging down n posts not fully inserted into top bunk. Huge pop out in ceiling made sleeping there dangerous as head clearance on inches. Mattresses very uncomfortable n old. Nice cotton sheets.Lots of heavy, large furniture taking up very limited space. Definitely need tons more hooks about the space for towels n maybe a fold out drying rack as no washer/dryer. Area rugs looked really dirty. Outside shared area large with lots of furniture. Walk to beach easy .

Great stay! Great location. Clean

Just needed a place to rest our heads. The only thing I wish is that there was a ladder to the second bunk - it’s a bit steep but nothing we couldn’t navigate.

Great Location

Just the right amount of space for us and our 2 small dogs located on a quiet block just a few minutes away from the beach access. Super close to the Starboard so we could enjoy some drinks and stroll back. I did notice and appreciate the nice quality bedding.

Great weekend in Dewey

My friends and I got everything we needed out of this property, it was located right int he heart of dewey and made it so easy to get around town all weekend.

Perfect for a beach rental

Had a great experience renting this and another property from Maria for a large group. Location is great, close to a ton of bars and restaurants and the beach access is only a short 4 minute walk. This rental is the bottom unit and is fairly bare bones on the inside but there’s access to a shared courtyard with a grill. With the proximity to the beach and bars, if you’re looking for a place to shower, change and sleep, this is perfect for that purpose. Maria was also very helpful with coordinating all my questions which arose when booking two properties at once.

Great location!

Great location! Walking distance to everything Dewey has to offer. Easy walking access to the beach as well. Maria was great and super helpful as we prepped for and during our stay.

Very unsatisfied with this rental

Unfortunately our stay was awful. Upon check-in, there was an immediate unpleasant odor. I contacted the owner and she came over and brought a candle. She also said they just had painted the concrete floor and it could be a smell from that. After our first night there, my kids and I were starting to feel ill and contract terrible migraines. We then discovered mold on the ceiling. I sent a picture and again contacted the owner, and she responded that she was in the hospital with chest pains and would get back to me at another time. We had to vacate the property a day early as we were too sick to stay and continue to breathe in the fumes. What a scary and horrible experience this was. Someone else was checking in a day after us and I'm sure the mold or odor issue was not yet handled or disclosed.

I am truly sorry for anyone that feels they have had a bad experience in any of our properties. Communication is the key to a great stay. With that being said, I believe reviews are a place to rate experiences in a truthful and respectable manner. Yes, I was contacted by this tenant that there was an odor in the place that was giving her a headache. She suggested bringing a candle which I brought from my own house as I do not normally supply candles in a property for fear of misuse and fires. In addition to the candle she requested, I gave her 2 brand new UV Fans that I bought when COVID-19 hit that killed all germs, spores and odor to help with anything she felt she could smell. I am personally very sensitive to smells but in this case, I did not smell anything of what she was smelling. Every piece of bedding and the sofa had been laundered so I thought I smelled the tide pod scent but I did not smell what she stated. I also had the unit repainted after a 5 week rental but it was completed 5 days prior to this guests stay and a different rental preceded this stay with no issues. Because I was perplexed after I departed, I sent in my maintenance guy to see if he found anything different. He did not but did change the batteries in the remote for the TV. I did not hear from this tenant again during her stay until she departed and stated she wanted a full refund for her terrible stay. Since she had departed, I explained in writing that I was in the hospital after being brought in by an ambulance and said I would touch base with her after I was released. The cleaning people were sent in and they found no scents or fumes other then the ones left by pizza and food being left out on the table and dresser of the property. All trash, dishes and food were left along with no contract check out items being completed prior to departure.
