Accommodating up to ten guests, the home features four bedrooms (three with queen beds and one with an extended twin bed). Additionally, there are two futons for extra sleeping space—one located in the lower level family room and the other in the upper office/loft. Savor the breathtaking peek-a-boo view of Longs Peak from the upper balcony or retreat to the extended living space on the patio from the main level. While the garage is reserved for owner's use, ample parking is available in the driveway and on the street.
The home is conveniently located in the Outlook neighborhood, which boasts a park at the top of the hill featuring a sand volleyball court, playground, and a large field for various sports. Situated just 10 minutes from the Interlocken Business Park and Highway 36, it offers easy access to both Denver and Boulder, with travel times of 20 to 30 minutes in either direction. Additionally, popular ski destinations are about an hour away, and Rocky Mountain National Park is just over an hour's drive.

I love that we are in a quiet cul-du-sac tucked in the middle of our neighborhood. And it always amazes me that within just two short blocks, we can enter into the open space with miles of trails, mountain views and a different beautiful sunset every evening. There is a spacious park at the top of our neighborhood and the neighbors are pretty friendly too.
