Welcome to Sea Level, a fully renovated and upgraded 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome located on the water in the quiet and picturesque Bonefish Yacht Club. This townhome offers beautiful views of the Bonefish Marina and the Atlantic Ocean from 2 spacious balconies, where you can enjoy your coffee watching the morning sunrise and relax with your favorite book in the afternoon shade. You may even catch a glimpse of a sunning manatee!

This stunning vacation home features 3 bedrooms, each with a king sized bed and its own ensuite bathroom, for the ultimate in comfort and privacy. The layout, with one bedroom on the main floor and two bedrooms on the top floor, is perfect for a relaxing and luxurious stay for 3 couples or your entire family.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, from cookware to utensils, making it a chef’s dream come true. Make frozen cocktails in the blender before a night out or cook an entire gourmet meal and enjoy it in the comfort of your new home away from home.

The car port accommodates up to 2 cars with additional guest parking in the complex. The locked storage area off of the carport is available for your use and includes a bait freezer, beach chairs and toys, and extra room to store your fishing gear. There is a gas grill located in the carport for your use to enjoy your fresh catch, burgers and more.

Your stay at the Bonefish Yacht Club comes with exclusive access to a heated and chilled swimming pool with a shaded tiki area, lighted tennis/pickleball courts, a designated fishing area and fish cleaning station.

And, of course, high speed internet is available throughout the home, so you’ll never feel shipwrecked at Sea Level.

This is the one!

Amazing! Beautiful location, heated pool, comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen. Loved three bedrooms each with private baths. It couldn't have been better! We enjoyed every minute. Sunset views are great at Sunset Park. We got to see the Turtle Hospital release a turtle at Sombrero Beach. Check it out The stories of the rescued turtles are heartwarming.

A Perfect Stay in Marathon!

Our experience at this property was absolutely perfect! The house was immaculately clean, with every detail thoughtfully attended to. It was beautifully furnished and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was unbeatable—peaceful yet close to all the great attractions Marathon has to offer. We were impressed by how well the property was maintained and how effortlessly it catered to our comfort. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a flawless vacation experience!

Great stay

We had a nice time staying at this property - it was extremely clean, well decorated, and in a peaceful location. We enjoyed relaxing on the balconies with a lovely marina view. Glen was quick to answer any questions we had and provided information when needed. Overall, we would definitely stay here in the future if we return to Marathon.

Stellar Stay!!!!

This property was immaculate. So cleanly. The kitchen has everything you need! Comfy beds. Beach towels. Beach chairs. I’ve never said this in a rating before but the style of decor and the art work…amazing. Perfect. We had the best time. Location was great for all of the tourist activities. Close enough…yet a nice distance from the crowds. Sitting on the decks with the amazing view…just can’t beat it. Highly recommend.

Great location

The property was excellent for our family of 6 adults. We never felt crowded, beautiful views off balconies, and fully stocked kitchen that had we had breakfast and lunch in most days and a few dinners. That saved us a ton of money versus a hotel. Glenn is a great host and answered any questions I had quickly. This is a very nice place to go to Key West from also. Easy drive there and back for a day trip.

Quick Family Vacation

Everything was exceptional at this property. Our family enjoyed the setting and spent a lot of time in the heated pool. The short walk to the public beach area was nice but you do need to keep your shoes on at this beach. We had one very small issue but after talking to the owner, it was addressed nearly immediately to everyone's satisfaction. All six of us were comfortable and enjoyed our time there.

Amazing Stay in Marathon!

We loved everything about this property! The townhouse was super clean, nicely renovated, very comfortable and well appointed. We also loved the heated pool. I would happily stay at this property again.

Beyond Expectations

It was such a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful place! Right when you walked in it felt so homey with the beautiful Christmas tree and beach decor combo the bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen had all the essential needs! even the neighbors were so friendly! 10/10 would recommend stating here!!

Second perfect stay here

This was our second time staying here and it could not have been any better. Very clean and well appointed. Enjoyed morning coffee on the patio overlooking the harbor as well as evening cocktails. Beautiful in the light and beautiful in the dark. Made breakfast most morning and went out for early dinner/happy hours. Enjoyed the pool most days.

Wonderful place to stay

My family of six adults stayed in this condo for a week while visiting the Florida Keys. What a beautiful place and it has a fantastic view. Very well appointed. There was not one thing we needed that was not there. Excellent communication. The area is quiet and the neighbors we did cross paths with were so very friendly. Grocery store and pharmacy were very close. There is a beach just down the road. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!!

Family vacation

We were extremely pleased with everything about this property. The owners provided beach towels, sunscreen, sunburn lotion, bug spray, and everything a family needs to have a great vacation after a flight from TX to FL. Marathon has everything you need but the distance to Key West was perfect and an easy day trip. We went twice! Plenty of excursions to partake in. We kayaked, went to the reef and snorkeled, and did jet skis. The community pool was NEVER busy and was chilled to a nice temperature after being in the heat all day! The dock area has amazing views of the sunset. The only thing we could not take advantage of was the tennis courts as we had no racquets. And the owner provides plenty of chairs to take to the beach. We’d highly recommend and will definitely stay here the next time we return to the FL Keys!

Bonefish Yacht Club

The Condo fit our needs to a T. We brought our son and daughter and their spouses to Florida for the first time. What a great week between fishing, boating, sunsets, great food at every stop, and pickle ball.. we had a blast. Definitely a trip to remember! A BIG thanks to the Mitchell's!

This was perfect for our visiting family! It is close to our place, beautifully renovated, very comfortable, and sparklingly clean. Our family members only slept there, but they were very satisfied. We liked the price, too.

A great week in Marathon

Exactly what these 3 couples were looking for. A home base for discovery of Marathon. Stayed one week. Loved the accommodations. Super clean and well furnished. Pool was great. Spent time there. Spent time on balcony overlooking the harbor. Spent time around table playing cards. Beds slept great. Easy driving to dozens of restaurants etc. We probably hit about a dozen of them. Exactly the relaxing week we wanted.

Flawless, from renting to absolutely everything about the property. The owners were so responsive with any questions we had. The home is beautiful and they have thought of everything. It was nice after each day of snorkeling, fishing or just sightseeing that we were always happy to return “home”

Absolutely beautiful townhome in Marathon

Gorgeous townhome with a view of the yacht club in a nice location in Marathon and the Keys overall - great for day trips to other popular FL Key spots or state parks. There is also so much to do nearby in Marathon! Townhouse is beautifully renovated and nicely decorated with modern beach decor - master bath is like a spa. Our family of 5 had everything we needed for our stay. Close proximity to the pool and tennis courts too. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect!

This place is absolutely beautiful! It had everything you need & more! Glen was great to deal with & check in was super easy. I loved the decor & the cleanliness of his place. Only 15 mins away from Bahia Honda State Park & that is our go to place when we are there plus Sombrero Beach so quick access to it all us quick access to the close by restaurants Sunset Grille & Island Fish Co. This little gem is off the beaten path but situated in a great area where we were able to relax, watch the boats come in from fishing or yachting for the day, we did some fishing from the dock there and watched the tarpon and the manatee swim in the marina too. The pool area is nice & private & has a large tiki hut with large tables & chairs. We really enjoyed our stay & will be back again. We’ve already told many family & friends about our find. 😊 Thank you Glen! We can’t wait to come back! Kim from Pa!
