Clean, comfy and great location. We were there for softball and it was a 5 minute trip to both parks as well to Oaklawn (casino) and a catholic mass on Sunday.

We had a delightful stay in this cute gem. I was so glad they thought of little things like coffee pods, instant Oatmeal and ramens. Great communication. Very comfortable bed, we only used 1 bedroom.

Super cute interior and nice deck with grill. Very nice kitchen appliances, washer & dryer. Issues- very dangerous jagged, rocky steps from parking to the front door. Solar walkway lights didn’t work and rocks were slippery from the rain. Also- only one outlet in the bathroom and it didn’t work. Had to do hair in bedroom without a mirror to get ready.

Thanks for staying with us, we are glad you enjoyed your stay! I wish you had mentioned the concern during your stay so we could have addressed them for you. The outlet in the bathroom is a GFCI and just needed the reset button to be pushed. It is working fine and was tested with the hairdryer as well. The steps from the driveway are natural stone landscape steps, I’m sorry they seemed slippery when they were wet, we do have the handrail next to them to help.

Perfection circa 1940

My husband and i decided to visit Hot Springs for our anniversary, and we absolutely loved our little cottage! Perfectly updated kitchen and bath, thoughtful, extra mile amenities, like cooking oils and spices in the kitchen, a snack box and stocked coffee bar, so many little touches that were so thoughtful and made our stay effortless. The decor is unique and cohesive, ultra clean, great deck and beautiful gas grill. The location is perfect for all the things we wanted to do n Hot Springs, everything was 10 to 15 minutes away. Top shelf! We had a bit of trouble with the lock box, but Jamie called me back in minutes and resolved the situation, and checked in again to make sure we were okay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. My favorite VRBO. 😍
