Great property and location. The condo had everything we needed, better than many other locations we’ve stayed. We will likely come back again and would highly recommend this location.

Very well located and clean. Beds were comfy. There is a sandwich shop down stairs and it’s on the Main Street in town, so there is a bit of noise, especially weekend nights, but nothing we couldn’t sleep through.

This unit was so great for me and my daughter’s trip to New Buffalo! We loved being in town and walked to dinner most nights. The space we had was perfect: we loved the comfy king-sized beds and having our own rooms was a bonus. The natural light in the unit was so great and these Texas girls loved the air conditioning! The weather was perfect for us and we had a great time exploring the various coffee shops and beaches. Overall, a wonderful trip made even more amazing by staying in this property!

Fun stay

This suite had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Close to everything in New Buffalo. Very clean and comfortable.

Perfect in-town location

2A was modern, clean and larger than expected with an open kitchen and spacious living room. The location (with parking) couldn't be better for an in-town stay with a view overlooking the main street. Barney's the grocery store is just steps away, too. Highly recommend.

Weekend away

Went for a quick friend weekend. The place was clean, spacious and comfortable. Great location. Communication with the property owners was excellent.

I'm not sure you could find a better location if you wanted in the heart of town only steps away from all the downtown shops, the beach, grocery store, etc. I'm not hard to please, but I do think housekeeping could step up their cleaning one more notch and this too would have received a five star rating. Overall, this place is a gem and I would return definitely return to this upstairs suite again.

Our family had a really nice stay in new Buffalo. The highlights of the property was the location and convenience! It is right there and walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, beaches. It is a great launching bad to access all of the other parks and trails and wineries and breweries, etc.. I definitely would not classify this property as a luxury suite. Most of the rehab was thrown together with particleboard and not a ton of design thought. The bathroom was kind of gross. There was a full line of mold around the base of the shower, It literally would take a 10 minute fix to put down new caulk. The shower curtain was also orange and moldy and gross. Although we didn’t sit at the dining room table, there was at least one chair where the legs and the base of the chair were falling apart. Well, confirming we didn’t have anything that fell under the bed. We noticed lots of dust, sand, hair, and dead spiders underneath the bed. Probably could use a little vacuuming.The management company was very quick with their responses and assisting with their knowledge base of different companies and services. We would stay here again because of the convenience. We understand that a property is not going to be perfect, but these are some simple changes that the management company could remedy in one day

location location location. three most important things when picking a place. this place is very clean and new. we had two couples celebrating a birthday and it was perfect. 800 ft down the street is an incredible restaurant. the apartment allowed us to be right smack in the center of everything

Awesome location

We loved our stay. The place was so lovely. The kitchen is very well stocked. Even great knives! I was able to cook and have everything I needed with the grocery and liquor store right next door!!I would recommend 2 things, more bath towels and beach towels. With no washer and dryer available one bath towel is not enough for us. And with only one beach towel for the whole place, not great! I also would recommend more than one AC remote. At least one for each bedroom would work better. Otherwise a fabulous place! I would definitely rent it again.

The unit was spacious and clean and worked well for four of us. A few details affected having a “perfect” stay. Our first night there we started hearing construction noise from the business being built out below late at night that continued past 1 am (banging and drilling). The trim on the treads of a small set of interior stairs in the unit kept coming loose and needed frequent replacement to avoid it being a tripping hazard. It was very warm in the unit (but chilly outside) when we arrived. Even though we’ve used this type of heating/cooling unit in the past with no issues, we couldn’t figure out how to get them to work without errors and finally gave up, turned them off and openned and closed windows as needed. The last issue was no wash cloths were provided and only one hand towel per two people. We did reach out when we discovered there were no trash bags provided (taking out the trash in them is required at check out), and we received them very quickly, so we likely could have had some of the issues we had resolved during our stay, but if felt easier to just work around them.

Terry, thanks for your comments and many, if not all, of the items you mentioned could have been solved quickly with a simple conversation. As you noticed, you heard a beeping on a smoke alarm and called us. We were over to the property within minutes at 9p at night. We could have been an assistance if we had known you were having an issue with anything in the unit. I am sorry you struggled during your stay and we would like to make it up to you. If interested, please reach out to us if you consider coming back to the area and we would like to overcorrect for your frustrations this past stay.
