Home was immaculate and Edward was extremely attentive and responsive. Check in and check out process was simple. Would definitely stay again.

The home is incredible. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen is a joy to cook in, and the scenery off the front screened porch is spectacular. It is exactly as described, but more spectacular than pictures could convey.I stayed the weekend with six family members as we attended a festival in Rhinebeck. This was the perfect home to come to at the end of the day and share a meal and talk about all we had seen.Communication was excellent.

We absolutely loved this house! We stayed here for several weeks with our family, and it truly felt like home. The house has everything one needs, and is situated in a peaceful setting across from the polo fields. Edward is extremely available and responsive, and we had a hard time leaving as we just wanted to be there. If you are exploring the beauty of Dutchess county, it would be hard to find a better house than this one!

The Polo-House, as we call it, is amazing! We are in a long-term stay as we transition to the Hudson Valley, and this home is everything (and more) than we expected. Clean, comfortable, updated, with everything we need. Host has been exceptionally responsive and helpful, pretty much the perfect stay. And the location...Beatuiful rolling hills, and sitting across from the polo fields, the house is calming and restful. Polo matches on the weekends add a whole other layer to the stay. Absolutely recommend the house to anyone looking to be in the Hudson Valley!

Beautiful, cozy home in tranquil neighborhood

We had a great stay in this tranquil neighborhood. We really wanted to see a polo match but it was cancelled due to rain - the fields are located right across the home. The home was very clean and the kitchen in particular was nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Nice house in Pine Plains, NY

We came up to look for a horse and for a girls weekend out. The house was really pretty and comfortable. We loved the view from the front where was a huge polo field. We had a fun time using the fire pit in the backyard. The owners of the house had pottery for sale in the house from a local potter and that was really interesting and cool. We had a fun day and would stay there again.

We stayed at Edward's amazing house in Pine Plains for a long stretch this summer, and the house is our all-time favorite VRBO! Beautiful, clean, plenty of room, with all the comforts of home. And the setting, across from the polo fields, is so bucolic. When you want to experience the Zen of the Hudson Valley, this is your place! Thanks for an amazing summer!

We absolutely loved this house in Pine Plains! We stayed there for several weeks, and are coming back soon to continue our stay. Everything about it is great! The house has everything we needed, including a screened-in front porch for watching the polo matches across the street. The setting is pastoral, sublime, and so calming. Edward has been super responsive and accommodating throughout the whole process. A perfect place to be in the Hudson Valley. Highly recommend!
