Bluebird Valley Farmhouse is handicap accessible on the ground floor with a full roll in shower , bathroom. A master bedroom with a king sized bed and closet . Large sitting room with a 60" tv adjacent.
The kitchen is in the center of the house with a sun filled dining room on the south side with 180 ' views with a casual sitting area .
A study with a washer and dryer are all located on the ground floor .
Upstairs there are three more bedrooms with two queen sized beds and one set of twins along with another tv play room. A full bathroom .
Outside the kitchen there is a gas grill with a cafe table and three chairs. On the rear deck there are two rattan chairs small table and picnic chairs .

Perfection

This house is perfection! The layout is wonderful, and the decor was lovely. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are ridiculously comfortable. The wifi was super fast. Do not hesitate to book this house?

A Fabulous Farmhouse

If ever in the area again, we will definitely stay at Bluebird Farmhouse. It is so charming with wonderful artwork throughout this warm and comfortable home. A beautiful setting with a very well equipped home providing everything you need. We were in town for a wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this special farmhouse!!

Fall Family Weekend

Daughter's Wedding Weekend

Our host was incredibly gracious and thoughtful. The house was beautifully decorated and every possible detail to a guest's stay had been thought about. The grounds were fabulous and only added to what was a perfect week !!

Third time we stayed at this amazing property

The property is absolutely amazing. It’s quite large for 2 people, but it’s perfect for us. The home is as clean as clean can be. The decor is lovely. The home is set on a very large lot that is meticulously maintained. We have access to Indian Lake which is fine for swimming,fishing or boating. We head out after spending almost 2 weeks here. I let the property owner know we will return again next summer.

Out of State Salisbury Graduation Attendance

The check in process was seamless and the directions were clear. The home is well kept. Every possible need we had from utensils to cooking pots and pans to spices to firewood was available. The home is absolutely beautiful and well thought out. The host has absolutely paid attention to every detail. We loved the way the house allowed for everyone to gather in the different sitting areas but also had pocket doors to separate rooms as needed. The grounds were also beautiful and the light was ample and views beautiful from every room. We were delighted to find the welcome goodies in the fridge and the thoughtful graduate gift left for us. We all came in from 4 different states. We all loved it and would definitely stay again.

This was our second time staying here. We used this as a base for weekend skiing in the Berkshires. Beautiful house. Very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Especially loved the fire pit after a day of skiing.

Weekend wedding stay

The perfect country home

We had the most wonderful stay at Margaret's home - it's peaceful, beautifully decorated, comfortable - and her personal touches for us went above & beyond. Wish we had more than just 2 nights to enjoy it. We will absolutely stay again next time we're in the area!

What a beautiful home!

This may be the best vacation property that I’ve ever rented. It was so beautiful, so clean, so comfortable, and incredibly well stocked with all we needed. The owner even brought us some fresh corn on the cob. Thanks for hosting us!

Truly perfect

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The house was filled with charm and personality, and stocked with everything we needed (and more!) The floor plan had the perfect mix of privacy and communal space for my group of 5 friends. Window air conditioners kept the temperature very comfortable despite the hot, muggy weather we had. The location is beautiful--remote enough to feel private, but close to town if you need something. There's a lovely lake a short walk away, and we especially appreciated the fire pit in the backyard. We are so glad we stumbled across this place, and hope to come back next year!

Beautiful property

We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Margaret thinks of everything! The house was immaculate upon arrival, so comfortable and tastefully done. The downstairs bedroom and bath made it so easy for me, with my mobility issues. The master bath is accessible, complete with grab bars and wide entry. A very well stocked kitchen, lovely yard and gracious host made our trip a pleasure. I am looking forward to returning with our entire family.

Cozy, country chic

Absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy home. Well kept property. We were there for only a few days, but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hostess made extra efforts to make us feel right at home.

Great Stay!

The house was perfect for our group of 8. I wish we had discovered it earlier. The pics didn’t do enough justice to represent how cute this property was. Margaret did a great job with the farmhouse look and feel but with updated furnishings to give the home a cozy vibe. In addition, Margaret was the best. She communicated promptly and to our surprise, left a small gift for our graduate. We’ve already recommended this property to others.

Wedding gathering

The place was absolutely charming, comfortable, and extremely well appointed for 6 adults. We attended a wedding in Lakeville and wanted to be together instead of a hotel. We cooked dinner and had breakfast together. The home has so many different places to gather and loved the artwork. Will certainly be back with girlfriends and explore antiquing in the area.

FARM HOUSE with CHARM

Looking for a beautiful place to disconnect and enjoy the beautiful TRi-State area are what you will enjoy from this beautifully and tastefully renovated farmhouse. This property was everything that the previous reviews wrote and more. We enjoyed this property for a 3 day stay with our children and wives for a local wedding. Short word descriptions include: Charming, Clean. Eclectic Touches, Homey. The fresh muffins and biscuits where delicious. Everything you need is there. Highly recommend

Our stay at this property was amazing!! Even though we only got to sleep there as we were in town putting a wedding together. I would most definitely recommend her house to any of my friends!!! Loved the sweet note she left and the wonderful treats!!!

Perfect Farmhouse Stay

This farmhouse was all we could have hoped for. We traveled to gather for a celebration of life for my Dad at nearby Camp Sloane. The location was super convenient and just the right size for our group of 2 adult families. And in hindsight the downstairs handicap accessible bedroom/living area/ bathroom was perfect for my 86 year young mom. The host Margaret Jo was wonderful. The treats left in the home of breads and cookies were amazing. We originally were going to go out to dinner one night but opted to stay in - the homes kitchen is equipped for anything. And Margaret Jo enhanced our meal with the best corn and tomatoes!! So fresh and sweet! What a farmhouse treat!!
