We can’t wait to welcome you to our cozy condo at 34th and Haven in the one of a kind Ocean City, NJ.  Our condo embodies the term location location location!  We are steps away from the Wawa, the Acme, a CVS, a beautiful park and the iconic Hoy’s 5&10.  The Ocean City boardwalk with food, shopping and fun is a short trip away! The condo comfortably sleeps 5 with a queen size bed and a bunk bed futon which is a queen on bottom and a full top bunk.  You don’t need to worry about packing linens, bath towels, or beach towels as they are all provided!  The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you’ll need to prepare a full meal, a packed beach lunch, or just a delicious cup of coffee!  A quick 5 minute walk brings you to pristine beach that conveniently offers restrooms and beach chair and umbrella rentals at the entrance!  The condo comes with 4 beach tags and one parking pass.  There is a pool located on property which offers a baby pool, lounge chairs and tables for relaxing!  If you are looking for that beach vibe with all the amenities look no further!  We can’t wait to host you!

Unit was spotless and had everything we needed. Quick walk to the beach and didn’t have to take the car out for much. Nice and quiet but close the boardwalk when we wanted some action.

The unit was very cute and had all the essentials for an extended stay. There was enough room for my family of 4. The pool was a plus to cool off after a day at the beach. Only issue was the shower temperatures that fluctuated during the shower. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Easy access to ocean restaurants Acme and Wawa. Kids loved the pool. Staff was very nice.Would stay again! We loved Ocean City!

Parking was super easy. It was off season so lots of spaces. The place was super clean and cozy. Well stocked and everyone we met was friendly. Perfect for my daughter and I. The best was location! Wawa, Acme, CVS all right there! Had only 1 simple question to ask owner and they got right back to us quickly.

This place was perfect for me and my family. Parking onsite and checkin was a breeze. The interior is very comfortable and nicely decorated with all the essentials. The location is really great. Short (and I mean short) walk to Wawa's, Acme, and 5 and dime. I would recommend this place for a small group/family.

It was clean, the check in process was easy, and it was within walking distance to anything you’d want to do on a family beach trip! I personally did not have any issues with water pressure or temperature.

Cute condo!

Lovely little place. We were a family of four. 2 adults and 2 teen girls staying for four days. Bathroom is a little small but overall the place had everything we needed! Owner was easy to reach and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We would stay there again!

The only issue was the hot water was scolding and never cold enough to have a shower longer than 30 seconds. Room was a bit small but great decor, welcoming and cozy!

Great place for extra guests

This is a great place for a small family with young children. The family of four fit comfortably with the available bedding. The location is within walking distance to everything you need. The decor was beach themed throughout and the owners stocked the kitchen with all the essentials. Great communication with the owner. I would definitely stay again.

Shower only has SCALDING HOT WATER at night. This was not described at all in the VRBO description until we received our check in information and the owners said "oh, the shower can be variable in temperature". It was not variable at all- it was completely hot and impossible to use. We had to leave a day early due to these conditions.

A great, convenient place to stay with everything anyone would want except WiFi. The entire complex is served with WiFi but no TV connection permitted

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay! We hope to see you again. Yes unfortunately the WiFi connection to the tvs are blocked by the condo but a connection can be made through a hot spot such as your phone or laptops. And the condo does provide hundreds of channels of cable

Perfect location and all amenities included

My family of 5 (1 toddler and 2 kids) myself and my spouse stayed in this small condo unit for a 4 night stay. It included everything necessary to stay comfortably for a short trip to the shore. Only reason for 4 star is the inconsistent shower temp.. it was either scalding hot or ice cold. Other than that it was great!

Comfy & Cozy

This condo was absolutely perfect for a couple or a small family (1-2 small children). A small studio with a very comfy bed and a futon. The hosts are just the nicest people and were easily able to be contacted if needed . The staff at the condo are extremely friendly. The pool was refreshing and clean. The location is perfect. Literally have a CVS, Wawa, 7-11 and grocery store within feet of the facility. A short drive or walk to the beach as well and about a 10 min or less drive from the boardwalk. We highly recommend this rental for your stay in Ocean City,NJ

Great stay in a lovely unit, many extras provided which were a huge plus. Very comfortable mattress; great having a pool. Host was responsive. Issue with regulating shower temperature was the only real negative. Unfortunate that it is an issue connected to the condo complex itself and cannot be controlled?

The space was adorably decorated, easy to park in, and accessible to the quieter parts of town as well as the beach and bike rentals! The stove was a little smoky when I tried to use it, and the WiFi was struggling a bit the one day, but overall a great stay. The owner was responsive, it was quiet, clean, and the beds were comfortable!

We are so pleased with our stay! The decor is so nice, everything is very well kept. We were very impressed with all of the very thoughtful stocking of things. You can tell there is a lot of care and attention put into the place. From the charging station with rechargeable nightlights, games, sand toys, very well stocked kitchen, toiletries in the bathroom, beach towels and even a beach bag, it felt like they genuinely thought of everything! The owner was so kind and super responsive when we reached out. The location is excellent, we could have stayed within a 5 block radius and been perfectly content. There is a grocery store directly across the street, an excellent ice cream shop (Johnny B. Goode), an excellent Italian restaurant with pizza, pasta and more (Randazzo's), great playground and beach within a few blocks and it a short drive to lots of activities like the boardwalk, boating, tubing, all the things. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to family.
