Prime location on Plymouth Place (between 7th and 8th Streets) in the heart of Ocean City, NJ! Near the OC Waterpark and just half a block from Jersey’s finest beach and boardwalk attractions. Only minutes from downtown shops and restaurants—so close!

This ground-floor vacation condo sleeps 4 and features one bedroom with a queen bed, plus a pull-out full-size sofa bed in the living room. Linens are not included. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 flat-screen TVs, and private WiFi. The living room TV has internet apps available for your convenience.

Condo unit is updated and for your convenience includes 4 beach tags with your stay, an outdoor shower, clotheslines, and a mobile-pay washer and dryer across the hall for easy laundry access.

Beach Time

This was the perfect place for us. Everything we needed for our stay at the beach. Cozy, quiet, comfortable in all aspects. Best of all, a 100 yd walk to Ocean City’s boardwalk and beach.

Nice Family Getaway

The property was clean and cozy. The neighbors were friendly. It literally is steps from the Boardwalk! The property owner was easy to communicate with and keeps her place nice. You will enjoy your stay.

nice size apt for two. AC from the back room to the front room was week. could use another towel rak. could use grab bars in the bath. Would stay there again

Fun at the shore

Truly in the heart of Ocean City. This is the perfect location for access to the boardwalk and the beach. Cozy 1 br just right for a couples getaway. Hosts communication was attentive and efficient, along with being accessible. Highly recommend.

Shore Vacation

We loved staying here! The location was just off the boards and behind the water park, which is amazing because the water park is only open until 5:30 pm. So you have the closeness to all the fun and also the quiet evenings. The condo looks just like the photos and the hosts are great communicators. We were sent an e-mail quickly after we booked the place and they gave us their cell to text too. Check in was a breeze and so was check out. We loved the little touches that made our vacation home so special and how clean it was! We are excited to stay here again!

The perfect spot!

This was the perfect place for my husband, two small kids and myself. The condo was exactly as advertised and so clean! The kitchen had all the essentials on hand to do any kind of meal prepping, the bathroom was roomy and had extra hand soaps if needed and a hair dryer. I loved being able to sit outside in the morning with my coffee at the table & chairs right out front. The street was very quiet and the boardwalk was super close. We also loved having a designated parking spot to be able to make quick grocery runs and not worry about finding parking when we returned. Karen was super nice, always quick to respond with any questions I had, and kept me updated on checking in, which I much appreciated. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book here again!

So close to the beach and boardwalk!

This little condo was perfect for my Ocean City NJ getaway! Even though it was small, there was plenty of room for all my stuff (I’m not a light packer!) and a couple of guests. I loved the beachy decor. It was charming, clean and comfortable. Everything I needed was supplied from toilet paper to aluminum foil (perhaps left from prior guests). Even a large cube charger was provided in the bedroom. I brought my own towels and linens. A couple hooks in the bathroom would have been nice. 4 beach tags were provided, which was a big plus! The location couldn’t have been better, just a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. It really was in the heart of everything! The pullout couch could have been more comfortable, and perhaps the host can include a blanket for the living room guests. There was a bike rack, outdoor hose/shower for rinsing sandy feet and a clothesline in the back. There were a couple plastic chairs on the front walk in front of the unit (which is on the first floor) but they were on the flimsy side so I used my own. I was allotted one parking space, which was super convenient. Guests parked far away on the street where it was free parking, and I gave them a lift to and fro when necessary. The biggest negative was the actual beach. I hadn’t been to OC in years, and much of the beach had been converted to sand dunes and much has eroded, so the beach was extremely crowded. We had to set up our chairs on (and in) the water’s edge because there was rarely any other place to sit. People set up ginormous canopies and tent structures, which caused quite an obstacle course to navigate. But it’s still the beach so I found a way to ignore all that and enjoyed it just the same! Riding my bike on the boardwalk every morning and joining up with a local Pickleball group were a couple of the wonderful activities I enjoyed. Of course, I also strolled the boardwalk during the days and evenings, sampling the best pizza and custard in the world (sorry, Manco and Manco. I prefer Three Brothers from Italy!). Thank you, Karen, for offering your adorable condo. I had a lovely and wonderful OC beach vacation. I would definitely stay here again, although I would probably explore a home where the beach isn’t as crowded next time.
