Just renovated beautiful 2nd Floor unit on the South End of the island. New kitchen, master and guest baths with walk in shower, flooring and more. A perfect summer getaway for the entire family. Just a short walk to the 50th Street beach (2 blocks). HD televisions with HBO in living room and all bedrooms, WIFI, central air, washer and dryer, outdoor shower, and two decks to enjoy the sunrise and sunset.

A great property that had everything we needed for a week long beach vacation. Having a parking space was helpful although we had no issues finding street parking for our 2nd vehicle. A short walk to the beach and a quick drive to restaurants.

Couldn't have had an easier rental experience during peak season in OCNJ. Property was exactly as described and suited our needs well. Check-in instructions were clear. We appreciated that there were some games and puzzles on hand to supplement those that we brought, and we loved having balconies both front and back. Would definitely consider renting again!

Best thing was the bed! I slept better than I ever do away from my own bed at home. Enjoyed front porch and back deck.

Very nice home, well maintained

Beautiful house, everything was new. Outside shower is not enclosed so it can only be used to rinse off. Overall great location close to the beach. Would highly recommend this rental.

Overall the property was super cozy and had everything our family needed at an affordable price. Location was superb - far enough from the action of the boardwalk but a nice drive to that area and the walk to the beach was dreamy! Only wish was to have a covered outdoor shower and some updates in the home (toilet paper holder missing in one bathroom, no actual lamp in the living room, no real outdoor lights to help see at night, some light touch up on the walls).

Beach getaway

The condo was large and spacious with two amazing porches which we enjoyed daily. The location to the beach was perfect only a block and a half away. When we had little difficulties the owners could not have been more responsive and wonderful at taking care of everything so our vacation would be perfect. We had a lovely week at this beautiful condo and thank Maria for being such a great host.

Relaxing week

The house was clean and supplied with all the necessities for cooking and cleaning in the kitchen. Quick walk to the beach. The host was quick to get back to us when we had questions. Great stay!

We had a terrific time and the hosts were wonderful. The beach house was extremely clean and updated very nice. It’s an extremely family, friendly beach house and location at Ocean City New Jersey. The southern end of the beach was awesome and less crowded. We will recommend our friends and family!

Wonderful get away towards the quite part of OCNJ

We stayed here for a wedding weekend and so glad that we did!!! The newly renovated property was beautiful!! Very clean when we got there and the size of the home was perfect! Only. 2.5 walk to the beach and an easy drive to the boardwalk. Only wish was that the details for check in were provided ahead of time, otherwise 5 star rating for this beach get away

Wonderful stay in OCNJ

The property was nicer than it showed on the pictures, which was a nice surprise. It was nicely equipped for my family, which included myself, my wife, and my three school-age daughters. The location was convenient to 50th St. beach access. Above all else, Maria was super responsive and check in and chrck out were a breeze. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Excellent beach house

My family of 4 had a really awesome stay at this property. The home is completely renovated and very nicely decorated. It was perfect coming from California to have access to sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach tags (6!). The walk to the guarded beach is about 2 blocks and was not crowded. It was also close to local favorites Ala Mode ice cream and Mike’s seafood- both great places! It’s about 10 minutes to the boardwalk. We had so much fun and would love to stay again in the future! Thank you Maria for being so responsive!

Beautiful beach house

My family of 5 had a wonderful week in this beautiful, clean beach house. Everything is updated and new, furniture and decor is comfortable and modern. There was plenty of room for my husband, myself and our three children. For the beach: 6 beach tags, beach toys, plenty of chairs, cart, even a canopy were all included! The outdoor shower is so nice for cleaning off after the beach. We loved the front porch and back deck for morning coffee. Short 2 block walk to the beach and a couple blocks from Mike's seafood, A La mode ice cream parlor. This end of the island is so much quieter and less crowded than the northern end. We loved it all! I highly recommend this rental. Maria was so accommodating and she went out of her way to make sure we were happy.

Nicely set up and clean

When researching, I was looking for an updated, clean and welcoming place to stay. This was perfect! I loved the décor, and though it was on the small side, it was really well set up, so it felt nice and open, especially in the living area. Plenty of space for our family of four, plus a couple visitors, and we had everything we needed. It was a quick walk to a very nice (uncrowded) beach. The only slight downside was thin walls. Luckily it was only our last night there when the people below us had kids yelling and keeping us up at night, or it would have been more of a problem. All in all we had a wonderful family vacation here!

Just an awesome week in an awesome place!

We really had a great week! The place was beautifully decorated and and so welcoming! It was clean really clean when we arrived. We used the back deck and front porch areas daily - it was so relaxing! We also loved that the walk to the beach was a short 2 blocks. Bonus....the owners checked in to make sure that all was A-ok. We can't wait to return next summer! Thank you!

Fantastic finishes and cozy!

This was a very easy walk to the beach! It was comfortable and beautiful. It was very close quarters for everyone. The front and back deck were fantastic to relax on! The only downfall is that it is an older building and you are able to hear a lot of outside noise. (The rain was very loud. You could hear cars go by and people talking outside like the windows were open.)
