This delightful, 1st floor studio can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 4 guests within the 595 square feet of beautifully appointed living space, making it an optimal size and layout for couples or small families. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the bedroom and a full-size murphy bed in the living room, all of which will ensure a restful nights slumber before each new day of exciting beach excursions. Prepare a freshly cooked meal in the kitchenette which includes a compact refrigerator, microwave and a cooktop. There is also a table with 3 chairs to enjoy your take-out or a home cooked meal. During downtime, watch your favorite shows on the flat screen TV or connect with your friends back home via free Wi-Fi. For your convenience, this studio shares an 86 sq ft common foyer with the neighboring unit, which houses a stackable washer and dryer. This studio provides you will all the essentials you need to enjoy your stay at the beach!

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Parking passes are sold on property at the front desk and must be purchased upon arrival. The cost is approximately $40 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
