Great experience! The deep water dock was perfect for swimming and fishing and enabled us to rent a boat.

The property is true to the listing and very nice. There is plenty of space to spread out. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room and the media room was a hit for saturday night college football while, the french doors to the covered patio allowed a good flow as people transitioned from indoor to outdoor activites. The host provided plenty of dry wood and fire starters for us to enjoy s'mores, even though it rained. The walk to the water was much longer than expected and not easy for the mobility impaired, however, the dock was nice and well equipped. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out for a little water therapy. The kitchen was well stocked making meal prep and service easy. There was truly something for everyone. We all had a wonderful experience. Thank you so much for being a lovely part of our family gathering and helping us build wonderful memories of our time in Dawsonville!

Grey Goose was a great place for our family to come together and celebrate Christmas. The house is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for all the cooking we did for the holiday. Plus, it is close to many grocery stores, shopping and dining.

Awesome place to stay!

Just as described in the listing. Perfect for any ages, lots of space indoor and outdoor, walk to the dock is not bad at all! Would definitely come back!

The house was easy to find. The entire house was clean and in order. Decorated perfect for a lake house. The outdoor fire pit was wonderful along with the game room and theater room. David was very hospitable and answered questions right away. We would definitely stay again.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet house. The owner was very responsive to all and any questions we had. Nice supply of firewood to use in fire pit. Short walk to the dock which was wonderful! Will definitely rent again.

It was our second time staying at this beautiful property. It’s a very relaxing retreat and the walk to the dock and the dock itself are just fabulous. The games room, fire pit and kayaks make it perfect for families. The owners are kind and communicative. I’m sure we will be back again in future.

Host was great. The house was cute, little older then I expected. And I think because of the season there were lady bugs everywhere inside the house. Master bed was really comfortable. Easy to get down to the water.

House was well stocked indoors and outdoors. The owners really had every base covered inside the house and out in the fire pit or down by the dock. The walk down to the dock was extremely steep but we enjoyed our morning hikes to take in the lake views. Also, the game room was a big hit for our kids. We will definitely consider returning again. Short Stay in Grey Goose

Very nice house. Great location. Cool walk to the lake (although lots of Joro Spiders around North Georgia these days). House is well equipped and beds are comfortable. Very large house and fun game room. Great stay.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. You guys were excellent tenants. Sorry for isssue with the Joro spiders. Unfortunately that is something we have to contend with now for this area. We do assist with this issue as best we can as the deck around the house, all outside stairs, fire pit area, trail to the dock and the dock ittself is all cleared of spiders the day prior to gust arriving at the house. Great weekend at the Lake!

House is really neat, multi-story, fun game room and TV room, everything you need. The nature walk to the dock was nice and the dock was deep and fun was had by all.

Best way to spend my 60th

Perfect place to host a surprise birthday weekend for my husband with our sons and closest friends! Smores and hotdogs by the fire- great view of the lake!

Fun & relaxing

We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the outside deck. We also liked the game room and downstairs living area during our brief stay. Next time we plan to partake in water sports and hang out at the dock. We also want to make use of the basket all.

Stay #2 at the Grey Goose for us. There will be a 3rd. We got to share the weekend with a meet up with friends. We are already planning our next visit. We spent 85% of Labor Day weekend on the lake at the deep water dock. When we were not sleeping or on the dock we relaxed outback, roasted hotdogs and making s’mores we even spent time in the game room playing air hockey. Another great stay!

David was a fantastic host! He was very responsive about the questions that we had and even let us borrow a couple more kayaks to use on the lake! The dock is awesome, the kitchen has lots of utensils, the fire pit outside is the place to be if you looking up at the stars! We ended each night in the theatre room which was a great way to end each day. Thank you David for making our guys’ weekend such a success!
