The lower level has a common area with TV, a sectional sofa which converts into two single beds and a trundle bed which also has two single beds-- a great area for kids to 'get away from it all'. The home is in the perfect location! You can relax around the pool or take a 100 yard walk to the beach and watch the sunset, play bocce ball or paddle ball, spot dolphins playing in the water or count the turtle nests as you walk along the beach. It is just a three minute walk to South Beach Marina where you will find small shops and the Salty Dog restaurant or where you can rent bikes at South Beach Racquet Club and take short bike rides (15 to 20 minutes) to Harbour Town or the Beach Club. There is tennis at South Beach Racquet Club and golf at the many island golf courses including Harbour Town. There is also great boating and many fine restaurants.
