Great spot

Lovely home and great property. Well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, plates glasses. Rooms are good sizes and beds are comfy.

House is spotless, High ceilings make it feel very spacious; outdoors are spacious too. I had accessibility concerns for family but this house is the best it gets for that - 2 small spaced out steps to get into the house and 2 small steps off the deck to the grass with railings. There is even a bar ti hold onto in the master bath next to the toilet. Loved this house, I would definitely return!

Beautiful home with every amenity you could ask for. Lovely pool, TVs in every room, excellent wifi. Well-stocked kitchen which was a surprise. 3 kinds of coffee makers with pods. The best part is that it is pet-friendly. The host had great suggestions of things to do in the area and was readily available to answer any questions.Plenty of room for 12 people but we were only 6. I wish it were a little more reasonable in price or else I have to bring more relatives to justify the cost. Lol.

Great family plaxe

Stayed here in the winter and loved it. Home had everything we needed for our family of 8. Loved the huge sofa and espresso machine. Went to dinner at First and South - delicious food. Had oysters and drinks at the Little creek oyster- amazing local oysters. Went to Kontokosta winery and enjoyed some great wine . I am sure the summer would be great with the beautiful backyard.

Summer 2024 Stay

Everything was great. Host was responsive. Only area of improvement maybe the cleanliness. Garbage & recyclables were not emptied.

We spent a beautiful two weeks at this house and loved our stay. The kitchen was well equipped, and there were plenty of towels provided. The highlights for us were the pool, the spacious back porch, and the huge yard — perfect for our dog to run around in. Our pup especially loved the doggie door, which made things so convenient.One area that could use improvement is the primary bathroom. It’s dated, and the shower is quite small, making it a bit uncomfortable to use. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this home, especially for families or anyone traveling with dogs. Will book again!

Family getaway for Labor Day

Jane was a super host. From communication prior to checking in and during she was very easy to contact. the house was perfect for my family. Layout was easy and spacious enough for kids to adults to co exist. The backyard was a huge plus also and the pool was a dream. I had brought kitchen utensil and disposable everything to prevent cleaning every five seconds but the house was stocked with all the above and beyond. Location to town was also a plus in case you needed anything from market or just a coffee run. Thanks Jane. Looking forward to staying again.

Best family Vacation

The house was so inviting. It was absolutely beautiful when you walked in. All the rooms had enough space for everyone. There was even two extra air mattresses and pillows if needed. The pool house was relaxing place to get away from the sun , but still be outside and spend time with the family. The eating area and grill was perfect! It was great to grill and watch my kids in the pool and still have the adults gather together talking and having a good time. I would definitely recommend this to other friends and family.It was a great time spent. Thank you again, it was great!

Exceeded our expectations! Lovely home, beautifully decorated and very clean. We loved starting our day with coffee and a good book on the deck. Highly recommended!
