Legacy View Lodge features two fully stocked kitchens, a cozy stone fireplace, hot tub, fire table, grill, and pool table—along with three levels, five sleeping spaces, and two spacious decks for gathering or enjoying space to spread out throughout the home.

This home is an ideal place for couples, friend groups, and families to relax, unwind, and have fun while making treasured memories with loved ones.

As you enter Legacy View Lodge, you'll be greeted by an open kitchen, dining area, and living room. This spacious main floor has high vaulted ceilings, natural lighting, and a cozy gas fireplace, creating an inviting environment perfect for gathering to connect and enjoy time together.

The kitchen is fully stocked with an extensive variety of cooking supplies and utensils for your stay. You’ll find labeled cabinets and drawers for easy navigation, a dishwasher, crock pot, Keurig and drip coffee makers, as well as coffee pods, tea, and spices. The dining area is surrounded by the kitchen and provides seating for eight, in a cozy and engaging setting.

As you move to the living room, you’ll discover the large flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, stone fireplace, and leather seating that creates a space ideal for movie nights or quiet evenings by the fire. Movies, books, and board games for all ages are provided.

For your entertainment, there are 6 Smart TVs through the home with streaming services, such as Hulu TV, HBO Max, Disney+, and ESPN+, as well as the ability to access your own favorite apps.

The living room has a gorgeous view of Grandfather Mountain and opens to the main deck, where you can enjoy the view and the outdoor living space complete with plenty of seating, an outdoor dining table, a gas grill, and a gas fire table for cozy nights and s'mores.

The primary bedroom, primary bathroom, laundry area, and half bath are also located on the main level. Upstairs you’ll find another bedroom, full bathroom, entertainment activities, and a loft with an additional sleeping area.

Downstairs, on the lower level of the home, you will discover two more bedrooms and a full bathroom. An activity room with a pool table, darts, game system, and flat-screen TV provides endless opportunities for fun.

This home also has a second full kitchen and a dining area for four. Guests can relax on the lower-level deck, equipped with a hot tub, Bluetooth audio system, and cozy seating. A screened in porch provides an additional outdoor space for relaxing.

This home is also equipped with many modern conveniences to enhance your stay such as high speed internet, Echo Dots, USB ports, and phone charging stations located throughout the home.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
• Main Level: The primary bedroom on the main level features a king bed, deck access, a walk-in closet, TV, armoire, and seating. The lavish master bathroom includes double vanities, a large tile shower, luxury bidet, wooden bench, and a hairdryer.

• Top Level: The top floor features a bunk room with a full-over-queen bunk and a separate twin bed, an ensuite bathroom, TV, Alexa technology, and an Xbox with games for all ages. The loft area outside the bunk room provides an additional full bed, chair, and a TV.

• Lower Level: The second king bedroom is located on the lower level and includes seating, a TV, and access to the lower level deck. The queen bedroom has access to a screened in porch and includes a TV, dresser, and closet. A shared bathroom consists of a combination tub and shower, as well as a hair dryer.

LOWER LEVEL KITCHEN & DINING
• The lower level kitchen is also well stocked and equipped with a large variety of cooking supplies and utensils.
• You will find labeled cabinets and drawers for easy navigation, Keurig and drip coffee makers, as well as communal coffee pods and spices.
• A table with seating for four, as well as additional high top seating and tables provides relaxed indoor seating throughout the lower level.
• Feel like enjoying a meal or beverage outside, head out to the lower level deck to enjoy a quiet morning or gathering in the evening.

LAUNDRY & CLEANING SUPPLIES
• The laundry room is located on the main floor with a washer and dryer provided for guest use. Laundry detergent, an iron, ironing board, and laundry basket keep laundry simple and convenient.
• Basic household cleaning supplies are also provided and are occasionally supplemented by guests.
