We all loved how perfect this place was, with the location, access to the beach and pier, and definitely the balcony view of the ocean! I would definitely come back for a visit!

What a great location and perfect place for all things Navarre has to offer! Came here for a fishing trip and to scout out a place for a family vacation and I think we have found our preferred spot! Thank you!

Condo definitely needed to be cleaned better. Cob webs on all lamps. Sand on bunks. Black mold in shower. Stains on white bedding and on couch. Cardboard boxes sticking out from under master bed. If cleaned properly it would’ve been a great stay. Great location though.

Thank you for your feedback — we appreciate you staying at Summerwind 802E - Just for the Halibut. I’m sorry your stay was impacted by these cleanliness and maintenance issues. Reports of black mold, stained bedding and furniture, cobwebs, sand on beds, and owner items left in the unit are unacceptable. I will escalate this to housekeeping and maintenance immediately for a deep clean, linen/furniture inspection or replacement as needed, and mold remediation. We will also address removal/storage of the boxes. If you have photos, please send them via Vrbo messages so we can prioritize and document the work. Short getaway with friends

The condo was super clean and well maintained! The bed was very comfortable and could fit 3 people comfortably! The views were incredible and check-in was simple and easy with a door code!

We had a wonderful stay here! Everything was exactly like the photos and the cleanest rental I've ever stayed in! The views from balcony are phenomenal!!! The appliances are brand new! Bring your own spices & oils, as there are none there, but all the cookware etc is. The only suggestion I would have is to upgrade the mattress on the primary bed. It's pretty worn out & not very comfortable. We will definitely stay here the next time we come to Navarre!

A get away vacay with my grandmother

It was very peaceful and the balcony had a great view. The beds were comfortable. I was very pleased to have a Keurig coffee machine. I would say that it was really more of a bath and a half not two bathrooms.

Very clean and spacious

Beautiful Condo. Clean. Well provided kitchen supplies and linens. Walking distance to restaurants. We had trouble with the TV. The Roku kept stopping and the cable didn’t offer basic cable channels. Also couldn’t adjust volume.

Beautiful place!

This property was exactly as listed-so bright and clean and the ocean view was gorgeous! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We told manager we may be earlier than check in time so if we could just park our car and go to the beach to wait and our room was ready early. So nice of them. Our teenagers were occupied right along with us- between the heated pool, hot tub, pier and beach, there was plenty to do. Lots of kids on spring break but it never felt crazy and super-busy like some other places we’ve been. Not one issue. We would come back again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The view from our condo was amazing, and we loved hanging out on the balcony every morning and evening. We were first time visitors to Navarre Beach, but will definitely be back!!
