Sorry for the issues you noted — we’ve passed your feedback to housekeeping and maintenance so the throw pillows and fry pan will be replaced, the kitchen faucet and freezer door handle will be repaired, and the fridge water filter will be serviced. You’re right that the starter pack is limited and those items are needed for check-out — we’ll update the listing and our guest notes so future guests know to bring extra supplies if needed. I apologize there was no hand soap in the bathrooms and that getting some from the office wasn’t convenient. I’ve asked our team to ensure bathrooms are stocked with hand soap and to leave extra essentials in the unit when office access is restricted. I’m also sorry a toilet failed during your stay and it wasn’t repaired before you left. Thank you for reporting it and for the office staff’s quick action — we’ll follow up with maintenance and resort management to prioritize the repair and improve response times.
