This little house was great, very clean and comfortable. It was centrally located for our activities as we visited several of the state parks in the Finger Lakes region. It had everything we needed, and we enjoyed time around a cozy bonfire out back in the evening. Our hosts were great and we would stay here again.

Probably the best stocked rental we've had to date. Every need for us and our pup was thought of and supplied. The property was clean and comfortable and we will definitely stay again on our next trip to the Ithaca area.

Our stay was very comfortable . The place was clean, well equipped, comfy beds, great space for three people. We enjoyed the rural setting, deck, and Bridget was easy to contact.

Great spot close to many local attractions. Easy to get to Ithaca and many other places. Small, clean and cozy. Highly recommend this house for your stay.

On our way to checking our son in to college at Ithaca College and we couldnt have had a nicer place to stay. Quiet, cozy and accessible.

Staying here was a great experience. Super smooth check in and check out, easy communication with Bridget, and the place itself was exactly what we wanted. Close to many hikes and swimming (if you’re reading this— don’t miss Robert Treman State Park!!!) , the place itself is very private. We used the deck and grill for multiple meals each day, and the fire pit with wood supplied onsite was a nice touch! The home was clean, and the couches (upgraded from the photos we saw) were incredibly comfortable — my wife fell asleep on the love seat every night. We didn’t have our dog with us, but with dog beds, outdoor leash/tethers, and food/water bowls, it would be a great place to bring yours!

The host was very responsive whenever contacted. The cottage was clean, quaint and cozy! We were allowed to have our two little dogs, which is always a perk, but the host also provided a dog bed and food/water bowls, which was very kind! Overall we had a wonderful stay and appreciate the hosts generosity.

This property was cozy, clean, welcoming, and pet friendly. The location was conveniently located near Watkins Glen State Park which was breathtaking, also the downtown area of Watkins Glen was inviting, lively, and a quaint small town. The location also offers numerous Ithaca Gorges with beautiful hiking trails and amazing waterfalls that are in close proximity and give you the opportunity to spend an amazing day exploring them. It also allowed us to spend a day visiting several of the wineries and breweries in the area as well. Wagner Vineyard was an excellent choice for us with a beautiful patio restaurant overlooking Seneca Lake. Top of the list for this property were the hosts!! They went out of their way to be super accommodating. We needed to arrive a day early and they were more than happy to help. Any and all communication with them was answered immediately and they were extremely helpful with any questions that we had! I must end with the King bed it was beyond comfy and allowed us amazing nights rest after our busy days!!

Adorable property and super dog friendly.

House was cute and neatly appointed, including a special treat from the host! Dog (and cat) bowls and bed and even two long dog tie out cables in the back. Our pup was in heaven! Bridget was super communicative and friendly - this place is top on our list next time we visit family in Ithaca!

The pictures on the listing do not do it justice. Stocked with many towels, blankets and cleaning supplies. It is located in a very peaceful area. Very pet friendly with bowels and dog bed available. Was also very clean and well kept. Owner very helpful and responsive. Hope its available again the next time we come to visit our son at college.

The property and house were perfect! Great location. Very clean, private, quiet, bed was so comfortable. The owners were so thoughtful. The house was stocked with everything we needed, they even had dog bed, bowls and a dog run. Internet was perfect, nice TV in every room, shower was clean with hair and washing products. Bridget was quick to respond to questions. I recommend this cottage highly.

Owner was very responsive and generous, allowing an early check in to accommodate our schedule. The property was perfect for the needs of our very elderly blind dog, particularly with the backyard ramp from the deck. Had a small issue with a breaker that the owner resolved quickly and personally. Much appreciated!
