My family and I had a wonderful stay! We loved how conveniently located the house was—it was close to everything we wanted to do. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully put together. It was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, charming location. The Downtown Trolley was a block away where you can get on and off all day for one fee. Beach was 20 minutes away and you can drive the beach with a 4x4. Love, Love, Love the home, the neighborhood, neighbors and easy access to everything. Will definitely be back...

This was the best vacation house we’ve stayed at! Truly could not have loved it more, the house was clean and cozy. The communication with the host was outstanding, we were even able to message quickly and add an extra day. We loved this property and the host so much we will definitely be booking future vacations here! We are local to Florida and love mini trips as well so this is the perfect place to do so! We have two dogs and the house was accessible to them which was a huge plus when traveling!

This rental was absolutely perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I loved everything about the house. The fenced in back yard was wonderful for our dog. He is older, mostly blind and weighs under 3 lbs, and there are slats around the entire bottom of the house to keep him from getting underneath it. The neighborhood is quiet and close enough to walk to everything we wanted to do in Historic St. Augustine. I will definitely stay here again if we take another trip to the area.

Loved our stay here! Cute cottage, very clean, comfy beds, had everything we needed! Walkable to everything we wanted to see! Only a few blocks to Fountain of Youth, downtown, George street, coffee shop, Boat Drink cocktail bar, ( best pina colada I’ve ever had!! Heard and seen beautiful peacocks in the neighborhood!! Gerald the host was a gem. Friendly neighborhood and felt very safe.

The cottage was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen and bathroom were very well stocked. It was a great location as it was close to the main roads but set in a quiet neighborhood.

The host responded immediately to my messages. The home is so cozy! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We had no issues at all. Enjoyed relaxing on the front porch in the rocking chairs after a day of touring the beautiful city. Trolly stops are within walking distance. We could not have enjoyed our stay more!! The house is absolutely charming!!

Very nice updated home in a great location. Close to historic St. Augustine and Vilano Beach. Kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were very nice. Being a pet-friendly VRBO made it a real winner for us. Would certainly stay again.

Lovely cared for home. Spotlessly clean. Lovely furnishing. Well stocked kitchen. I wish I had this houses kitchen at home ! Super close to everything, yet very quiet and restful. We spent our evenings out on the porch relaxing. We walked to the restaurant Cortesse Bistro. Wonderful dinner.Everything was well laid out and the host was wonderful. Very good communication.I highly recommend this house!

We are so pleased with the whole experience! The house is even more beautiful, comfortable and cleaner than pictured in the app. The location is perfect, walkable to all the historic attractions and so close to Vilano Beach (which is a gorgeous destination as well)The house has brand new beach gear as well! The laundry room was stocked with laundry detergent and the bathroom had the best hair dryer. We loved St Augustine and we are definitely coming back to this beautiful place

The house was charming, beautifully decorated, super clean and conveniently located just 2 blocks from the hop on hop off trolley, old jail, fountain of youth etc. We only had a couple of questions but the host answered immediately. We would definitely book this location again.

Myself, my daughter & her 2 kids thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in this adorable house. Everything was just as described. Location was perfect & so was the house. Cant wait to come back!
