Vacation in Paradise

Excellent Week

We had an amazing week in Hawaii and the condo was perfect. It had everything we needed, towels, coffee Maket, beautiful view, etc. Location was outstanding and it was spotless when we arrived. The best part was watching the sunset from the deck.

Lovely Hawaiian condo

It was the perfect location. Scenic Sunsets from large lanai high on a hill. Nicely decorated and well-equipped. Access to both resorts made for a terrific get-away experience. Bob was an excellent communicator and super responsive. Highly recommended spot.

Fantastic condo

Can not beat the location and optional residence club. Bob was super responsive and helpful! Pictures do not do the condo justice as it is very well kept and comfortable. The lanai was great to watch the sunset and the furniture was very comfortable! Would recommend this property!

Wonderful Condo!

This condo did not disappoint! The location was wonderful and the view was amazing. We saw whales every day! The condo literally had everything you need to cook. The most equipped place I have ever stayed in. I would definitely stay in this place again.

Great stay and got help fast when needed

We stayed in the apartment in August 2022 and had a really great time. The apartment is nicely decorated and very clean. When we had one minor issue with dish washer, Bob helped us very fast (Thanks again, Bob!). All in all, if you take the amenity package of the hotel, it is a perfect place to stay.

Beautiful View!

This 2nd level condo was beautiful inside and out! The Floorplan was perfect our family of 4! Even without leaving the condo, the balcony/lanai was expansive enough and the view of the golf course and ocean was enough to help us spread out and relax after a long flight! The gas griddle was great and the washer and dryer inside the condo unit were amazing! Truly an amazing place to stay!

Fabulous location in Mauna Kea

This is our third condo stay in Kumulani and we hope to return because it was outstanding in condition, location, view, comfort and amenities. It's quiet, which we love, and spacious to spread out after a day down at the resorts or beach. We grilled and enjoyed the covered porch with sunset view, and enjoyed morning coffee and breakfasts in the full kitchen. The beds were comfortable. Everyone had a great time. Many thanks to the owners for keeping such a lovely vacation. Mahalo!

Great spot for sunsets

This condo is perfect. It’s spotless, well-equipped (kitchen and towels) and beautifully situated to watch the sunset each evening. The BBQ on the lanai is a rare find. Complex is clean and quiet. The property manager Bob is the most responsive of any I’ve dealt with among dozens and dozens of VRBO rentals usually replying within seconds. A minor maintenance issue was resolved immediately. The optional amenity package is worth every penny. Will definitely rent again.

Very nice condo!

First; communication with property manager was very good. All of my questions were usually answered within a few hours. Next; the property is very well maintained with quality furniture and bedding. My wife commented several times how much she appreciated the decor. Relaxing environment with nice appliances, plenty of utensils. Grill on the patio is a plus. Sunsets and whale watching from the lani was one of the best features of our trip. I usually try to rent bottom floor condos for a grassy access beyond the lani, but this condo has such a good view from the second floor, it's well worth it. Access to nearby Mauna Kea resort and beaches was a selling point for us. We enjoyed all of it and wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.

Great property in a great resort

We have stayed in the Kumulani Condos on many occasions, but this was our first time staying in unit E-3. The condo is beautifully decorated, with comfortable furniture, and was very clean upon arrival. The enclosed lanai was spectacular, and we enjoyed many beautiful sunsets. The Hawaiian artwork is very nice. The property manager was extremely helpful and available to answer questions. We ran out of toilet paper and also felt one important item was missing from the kitchen. Robert immediately purchased the items and dropped them off right away. We participated in the resorts amenity program and enjoyed both the Mauna Kai and Hapuna beach access and parking. We will definitely be back and will look at this unit's availability when making our reservations.

Wonderful!

We have stayed on the Big Island every year for the last 10 years in a variety of locations at both Mauna Lani and Hapuna and this property is without doubt one of the best! The unit is extremely well appointed, the Hawaiian decor throughout the home just beautiful. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need should you decide to eat at home, (for those who enjoy grilling, please note the outdoor BBQ is a propane 'griddle'). The beds are so comfortable (we even reached out to the owner to ask what kind of mattresses they were!), and sheets and towels are in abundance and excellent quality. The view from the lanai is even better than pictured, sunsets are amazing and outside seating SO comfortable. The owner Bob responded to our questions very quickly and handled one (very small) issue right away. Many rentals are simply that, some better than others, but with this particular property we felt as if the owners had invited us into their home as guests! Do not hesitate to book this unit, you will not be disappointed.
