Lovely condo with all the amenities. Loved being on one level so our toddler could play outdoors safely. Pool and gym so close was really a plus.Fantastic communication with both the owner and house manager. They really went above and beyond with customer service!! If coming back to Hawaii, there’s no other place I’d rather stay! Aloha!!!

Awesome property, clean, nice, super comfortable. Very easy to access the pool, golf, and beaches. Clean and spacious with all the comforts of home. Having full laundry and a stocked kitchen made things super convenient. Erika the owner and Hilary the on site manager were both available as needed, but not overbearing.Would definitely recommend to friends and we hope to return soon!

We had a wonderful time. The facilities in the home were all that we needed. Those in the development and the greater community were more than adequate. Things were so good that we found ourselves every day asking ourselves which choice we make today. We will return and definitely advise others to consider it as a place for a vacation. Thank you.

Another wonderful visit to paradise!

We absolutely love Wai’ula’ula. This unit is perfect for our family of 8 with plenty of room for all. Well stocked with everything we need. Easy seamless and timely communication with the owner was greatly appreciated. We hope to return soon!

Excellent property!

Our family had the best time visiting Hawaii and staying at this beautiful villa. Centrally located between the two resorts, it was the perfect distance away to enjoy two incredible beaches on the Big Island! Our kids enjoyed the open floor plan - and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely return!

Spacious condo, beautiful area, great beach access!

We spent a week at Erika's condo on the Big Island in early April. Great access to Mauna Kea and Hapuna resorts (we got the package allowing full access) and beaches! Tons of space in the condo for our family of 4. Easy drive to a few towns, many restaurants, and grocery store...all with 20 mins.

Another perfect vacation to Wai’ula’ula

This was our second stay at this property. We are a family of 6 and had my parents join us. This property is perfect for our needs. Had everything and more we could want and is wonderfully maintained. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels, and a pack and play for our toddler. The owners were super responsive and when we did have one small issue, the property manager was prompt to respond and made himself available in no time. We absolutely love this location and the amenities and our favorite part is taking advantage of the hotels nearby. We get to enjoy the beaches, beautiful pool but also have plenty of space to relax. Thank you again for another memorable trip to the Big Island, we cannot wait to return once more!

Amazing Stay!

We loved staying at this property. It's conveniently located across from the Mauna Kea and Hapuna properties. We went to the Mauna Kea daily and loved it. We've stayed in this development before and were familiar with the layout. This property was decorated very nicely and located right by the communal pool/gym. The decor was great and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Lots of utensils, wine glasses, etc. Erica and the property manager were in contact if we needed it, but we only had a few questions otherwise all the information given prior to arrival was easy to follow. We were traveling with a family of five including three teens kids. Two other families that had nearby properties which made it super fun for the teens and parents to hang out. Highly recommend would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property. Very clean. Everything as described. Truly paradise! We loved the resort amenity package which gives full access to resort amenities at both properties. Erika is awesome to work with. Many perfect restaurant and activity recommendations prior to arrival. Erika and on island property manager Eric extremely responsive and helpful. Huge thank you for quick information and updates regarding nearby fires during our visit. We truly felt the care and concern from both. We’d love to return! Mahalo!!

Gorgeous, relaxing...paradise!

We spent our family summer vacation at this lovely property. 3 girls (9, 14 & 17), my parents and the two of us. There was plenty of space for all, the views were gorgeous. Proximity to the beach at Mauna Kea (my all time favorite) was a definite highlight. Early morning walks before the sun came over the mountains, splashing in the ocean by 9:30 a.m. What could be more perfect? Thank you to the gracious owners for stocking such a great kitchen, many delicious meals and pupus were made and consumed by all. I can't say enough great things about this special place. The kids were all happy to have wifi and loved the pool of course...I was able to ignore email and disconnect from the rest of the world for my glorious week. Mahalo!

Wonderful!

My family just returned from our 8 night stay in beautiful Hawaii. Our family of 6, including our 3 kids and my Mom, had the perfect amount of space. We loved the layout and the outdoor grill and patio. The beds are so comfortable I actually slept well on vacation, which is not easy for me! Erika was a dream to work with, so flexible, responsive and helpful. She gave me lots of great tips for enjoying the island with kids and is just a really kind person. We also had a great experience with her house manager who was also very responsive and helpful. We loved having access to the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, it is a 5 minute drive with parking included in the Amenity Package. It was very busy over Spring Break! We have been to the hotel many times over the years and it was the busiest we have ever seen it, but I guess everyone else was looking for sun like us! I highly recommend this beautiful place to call home while you visit the Big Island!
