Also, you're seconds away from Middleton Park which has a splash park and a playground perfect for the younger family members.



The home features a spacious and stylish interior designed with your comfort in mind. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and boasts barstools at the island, perfect for casual dining and socializing. The living room is designed for ultimate beachy comfort, offering a space to relax and unwind surrounded by coastal ambience. Accommodating up to 11 guests, our home includes two king bedrooms, one full bed bedroom, and a room with a double bunk bed and an additional twin bed. Ensuite bathrooms are available off the king bedrooms, with a third full bathroom available for all other guests.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
