Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry your stay did not meet expectations, particularly regarding the hot tub and accessibility. When the concerns about the washing machine area, wall damage and hot tub were brought to our attention, our team responded promptly. We also explained that the washer had recently been replaced, the wall repair was scheduled for after your stay and the hot tub condition would be reviewed with our service team. We understand that the inflatable hot tub was not suitable for your mobility needs and regret the disappointment this caused. We appreciate your feedback and will keep these concerns in mind as we continue reviewing the property's maintenance and overall guest experience.

Thank you for your rating. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an even better experience next time!

Thank you so much for the review! We’re glad you enjoyed the home.
