Derek, Thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry for any inconvenience, as our guest experience is our top priority. BASK Away takes the cleanliness, the care of the home, and the guest experience very seriously and we are sorry you encountered a few disruptions during your stay. Likewise, the homeowner takes enormous pride in her home and is continuously updating as needed. Based on our team follow up we do feel all issues reported during the stay were remedied quickly. The few items we were not able to address during the stay, have since been remedied and we wanted to provide an update. Since the stay, new hardware has been installed on the front door of the home. The homeowners have completely replaced the stove hood and the kitchen faucet and the stair treads were addressed when the floors were refinished last month. Concerning pest control, all of BASK Away homes are sprayed and treated quarterly. We did reach out to pest control once you notified our team. We have not had any complaints since your stay in this regard. We appreciate that you enjoyed the location, amenities and the charm of this home and we would love to welcome you back to ensure a more positive experience with our team as well.
