We stayed here for a short ladies trip. House was perfect! Bedrooms were comfy and the amenities were excellent! Rare find to have 4 separate bedrooms and the finished basement was such a comforting thing to have had because the tornado shelter in place warning was very scary! Parking was easy. Home was in a very good quiet location not too far from the hustle and bustle of the inner harbor. Host was wonderful and extremely responsive. Definitely would stay here again! Thanks again for hosting us!

Adorable 3 story townhome, convenient to everything Baltimore. Quiet neighborhood, parking was easy. Home had everything and more! Thank you for great communication and will definitely stay here again when we return.

This was a great location for our family visiting my son at Loyola. Nice, quiet neighborhood, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. The house was very clean. Letitia is a wonderful, responsive host. Looking forward to staying here when we visit again!

Perfect for family of four

We chose this location to be close to a party venue at the Four Hour Day Lutherie. The location was convenient and the house is lovely. Letitia’s artwork is vibrant and makes is feel like you’re in a gallery. The beds were comfortable and the linens were plush.

My family and I were in town for a family reunion.House was clean, spacious, kitchen well stocked and linen were plushed. Letitia’s artwork is very vibrant and add a gallery flair to the place.Letitia is a great host who answers promptly to all inquiries.Our only issue is that house was a bit cold.Will definitely stay there should we visit the area again.Betty A.

There was an issue before we started about an extra charge for the AC that was not in the listing, we called vrbo and luckily worked it out. After that, it was smooth sailing and a pleasant stay. Thanks.

We stayed 2 nights as part of a family celebration. Letitia was wonderful with communication from when we made our reservation to check out. Her messages were clear and detailed. The house was just like home. While the bedrooms are small, there is great storage and plenty of cost hangers. The living space was open and comfortable for hanging out. The kitchen is fully stocked. Quiet neighborhood, we always found parking for our 2 cars. Recommend this place. If we return to Baltimore, we would stay here.

Overall Nice Rental

House is well maintained. Front steps are a bit uneven and could cause an injury. Livingroom furniture is spacious, but no back support causing you to slouch. I was with older family members and don't want to seem petty, but these are the observations noted.

Hi Donta, we are sorry you were unhappy with your stay. The steps are made from concrete and accompany a handrail both leading up to the front door and at the front door. The sectional is a cloud sectional and guests should sit all the way to the back of the couch if they desire support as it is a large comfortable relaxing couch. There are also other seating options within the living room such as the other 2 arm chairs or even the 8 adjustable table height chairs. Please note that all the pictures are true and accurate. As this is a townhouse we do have steps leading up to the second floor and down to the basement.

The rooms were clean, beds comfortable. The upstairs and downstairs bedrooms would potentially be a problem for someone with a disability. The minor issues that I/we detected in our stay was repairable in which the host said she would take care of. The host was excellent in responding to our concerns and responded in a timely manner. Very pleased with the host. The parking is street parking, but we never had an issue parking close or near the property and the area was relatively quiet and peaceful. Tho there was a heatwave going during our stay the entire property stayed nice and comfortable especially the downstairs basement bedroom area. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend this property to a friend or family member.
