This was a great property for our group. We had a few problems and requests and the host always responded promptly and graciously. The location is great for getting around, parking was easy, and the neighborhood felt cute and safe.

A lovely home in a convenient location. Excellent host communication. A sweet back yard space and a stoop for sitting and people watching. Parking can be tight, but was always available within a block.

Charlie is a great host! Very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. His place was exactly what we needed for such a large group! The location was also great…I would definitely recommend this place!

This property was perfect for our friend group's stay in Baltimore. The kitchen had everything we needed to save money and make our own food, the beds were comfortable, we appreciated having 3 bathrooms as well. Thanks for the great stay!

We love the space because it was clean, felt homey, great outdoor space, good communication, responsive, easy to navigate to the amazing location, and is as described.

Property was neglected, worn out, and dirty. So much dust and filth blowing out of air supply vents that I feel this is a health risk. Furniture scratched and chipped. Lampshades stained and gross. Mold on bathroom grout. Doorknobs and light switches sticky with visible grime. Property was not as shown on website. Host was unprofessional in his response and aggressive in his tone. We departed one day early by 10:45 AM but host declined our refund request for the one night. This was a horrible experience.

The place was clean and well decorated, the cooking equipment was ideal and we were able to cook dinner without having to go out. It was a beautiful property. The bathrooms were modern and had ample soap/shampoo/towels/etc.

Excellent communication with the host. When there were challenges, (heat, cleaning, unable to get in) the host responded promptly and took care of it. The location is wonderful and there was adequate street parking. The condo is big and was a great fit for our family. Remember, it is classic Baltimore, and there are 3 levels of condo. (ie 3 flights of stairs) I loved the spaciousness of it and the rooms were a good size.

A Luxurious Hidden Gem

The outside of the property was a pleasant, but it didn’t compare to the inside. Spacious with plenty of rooms and beds to account for multiple guests. The beds were comfortable and there were a nice amount of bathrooms as well. The kitchen and dining room were great and the backyard was super inviting and relaxing. Would for sure recommend and book again.

Absolutely marvelous home in great location. Parking on street was NOT an issue for the two families staying. Made for a wonderful get together. Thank you so much. Extremely comfortable space and very well appointed. Suited our needs to a tee! Terrific communication with owner. Made everything easy for a first time Vrbo user! Thanks again!

This is a nice place to stay. For our needs, it was in a great location. It was stocked with all necessary amenities: extra blankets and sheets, towels and washcloths in every bathroom, and toiletries - if you forgot something, you could probably find it. The kitchen had all the necessities.We were there in the winter. We did have an issue where the 2 front rooms were very cold and the 2 back rooms were very warm. We could never find the sweet spot. We thought there may be another heating zone and asked the host if we missed a thermostat. The host responded quickly and offered to send someone to take a look as there was only 1 zone. Since we were leaving for the day, we didn’t want anyone to come over when we weren’t there, so we made do. The folks sleeping in the front room just piled on more blankets. For the back room, we slept with the doors open or cracked.The only reason I deducted a star is due to cleanliness. On the whole, the place was clean. However, a couple of the bathtubs had not been cleaned very well and there was obvious dirt still in the tubs. In the kitchen, the dish drainer really needs to be replaced as there was residue and scum all over it. We couldn’t put clean dishes in it. Additionally, the floors were dirty. I normally wear slipper socks, but they picked up so much dirt and hair (including pet hair), in less than hour, I had to buy slippers. By the time we left, the brand new slippers looked as if I had worn them outside.
