Short break

We had a long weekend and took our dog along. Villa was spotless, clearly recently updated and furnished beautifully.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Great location! Just minutes from the beach! We brought our bikes and rode to the beach daily! The condo was very clean well maintained and updated. Very quiet and peaceful! It’s located mid island so close to everything. Will definitely stay again!

Enjoyed my stay at this property very much and would definitely return again . I found the propertyvery comfortable and in an excellent location to golf courses and restaurants , parking was easy and plenty of space . Everything I needed was available and owners were very responsive - I would recommend and will return ! Thank you

The entry door sticks, making it VERY difficult to enter the property. We were actually completely unable to open the door once, causing us to miss our dinner reservations because we could not enter to shower and change clothes. It took the property management personnel over an hour to come open the door. I would NOT recommend Dwell Vacation Rentals. This was the first, and last time booking a property where they are the property management company.

Nicely updated with new appliances and furniture. Great location. Check-in and checkout went very smoothly. Starter supplies were adequate although the liquid hand soap container in the bathroom was empty so only had the small travel bar for sink and shower. The bathroom door to the hallway was difficult to close - it needs an adjustment. Also, the floors need a better cleaning between guests. Would definitely give it another try next year.

Decent Stay

Good little place, close enough to everything. Clean and tidy. Good communication throughout. Only one wish, a fridge with filtered water. Ended up buying water and filling our own ice trays. Can taste the sulfur.

Beach trip

We loved how beachy and remodeled the place was. We weren’t expecting it to be so updated walking into it because the outside has more of a beach shack feel. Place is very open and bigger than we imagined it would be. Our only complaints were the floor needed to be mopped…we spilt some water on it and wiped it up…it was black and also the back sliding door was hard to open and close. Also the front door catches a little when trying to close it. Oh and the water pressure in the shower is awful. Needs a new and improved shower head or something. We loved the free palmetto dune buggy service! Very comfy beds also. The dunes house beach area was very private and not as crowded as coligny where we normally stay. Will def be back in July!
