You'll enjoy this beautiful 3 bedroom townhome with a view of the Atlantic. Our guests have raved about how well equipped our townhome is! I have often prepared Thanksgiving meals in the unit, with everything I needed! There are two levels of balconies - the one off the master is very private, and the one on the top has a great view!

We have a beautiful and large square wood table, and a NEW comfortable sectional with 3 recliners in the living room. We are constantly updating and refreshing our unit. We have all stainless appliances and granite countertops. We hope you enjoy them!

If comparing with rental companies, please note that THEY ADD additional fees to bookings... with owners, the price listed is what you pay... please remember this when comparing prices! We only add cleaning and tax. There is a $200 refundable deposit for new guests, which is reduced to $50 for returning guests.

The clubhouse provides great entertainment when you want a break from the sun, or if you have a rainy day (heaven forbid!) . The clubhouse includes indoor racquetball, workout equipment, foosball, pool table, ping pong, restrooms, pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball. The pool and hot tub are generally open Memorial Day to Labor Day (often a few weeks before and after). Outdoor sports (tennis, basketball and pickleball) are all available. Equipment available in clubhouse.

CONSIDER working from this beautiful townhome for a month in the off season! Make this your home away from home with a beautiful view of the ocean! The off season is my favorite time of year! You'll love the peace and tranquility, along with EVERYTHING you need for your family to be at home while away from home! We are very well equipped, and have plenty of space for you to live comfortably during a long or short term rental!

Please note that VRBO requires I do on-line booking. Since VRBO is not my only listing site, I have a 24 hr period to check my record and make sure I don't double-book. The VRBO service fee and tax are added to my quote if you book through VRBO. The only additional fee on my end is cleaning.

Paradise

The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated, stocked with everything & more that you need at the beach. The beds were all very comfortable . The beach chairs were great. Loved the balcony & sitting out there with ocean views. We were just all very impressed & hope to stay there on our future visits to the Outer Banks.

Great trip!

Complex was quiet and peaceful, beach access very simple. Unit was in great condition and garage contained everything we needed for the beach. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

A Week in Paradise

We loved our stay in J5. Everything was just as stated in the listing. The unit is so well stocked! All the beds are very comfortable. The location is great if you want to explore the Outer Banks from north to south. We went to Corolla and Ocracoke! It was wonderful to sit on the porch in the evenings and see the ocean. Our favorite meal was at the Colington Cafe. J5 is a great place to stay.

Very nice place! Great location!

We really enjoyed the property! The unit was very close to the clubhouse and pool, and just across the street from the beach, so it was very convenient. The unit had everything you would need for the beach, including a number of bicycles. What you get is exactly as you see in the photos. Unfortunately, our trip was cut short due to a family emergency, but we are looking forward to returning one day. NOTE: If you wish to see the wild horses, I would suggest taking one of the tours originating in Corolla. I doubt we would have seen them if we had ventured out on our own.

Fantastic stay!

The owner is fantastic. Great view from the deck. Can hear the waves crashing. Beds are comfortable and the owner has this rental stocked with most things you may have forgotten. Easy walk and private access to the beach and pool! We would rent again for sure!

A great little getaway

We loved staying at Sea Dunes J5. It is a perfect location. Lynn is a wonderful host. She goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need for the beach, for cooking, for relaxing or for bike riding. It really is a home away from home.

Literally nothing to complain about. Would choose again if in OBX

The unit was really nice. Everything was updated. Nice kitchen, nice comfortable s ctional with a big TV (50" I would guess). They had cable, Netflix and a Roku built in so I just logged.into my YouTube TV account. Bedrooms were good sized and beds were comfortable. King bed in one, queen in the second and 2 smaller beds in the third bedroom. It was a 4 minute walk to th beach and the beach wasn't too crowded. They pretty much stocked anything you could think of. 4 good quality beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler with wheels. Two showers in the unit and another in the garage if you just want to wash up right from the beach. They also had a second full size fridge in the garage.

Great location in Kitty Hawk for families

We enjoyed the location very much! We usually stay in hotels right on the beach but this was better for family due to the amenities (laundry, full kitchen, beach chairs/bikes/umbrellas etc) and didn't sacrifice ocean views (best from the top floor). Quick walk to the beach (all our kids easily navigate stairs but for younger kids that could be a challenge with all the gear). Super quick walk to the clubhouse with pool/hot tub (which we found to be clean, not busy at end of Sept). Close to plenty of stores and restaurants. Owners were responsive to little issues we had. We may be return renters some day!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely townhouse very close to the beach. Lots of great amenities, especially the outdoor community pool and hot tub which are open through early October.

Summer Week Trip to OBX

Pros: Excellent Location, Well Stocked an labeled kitchen, Great Amenities (bikes, toys, streaming etc). Clean Overall. Cons: Older house with musty smell at certain places..master toilet makes a huge creaking sound everytime flushed.

Everything you could imagine

While this condo may not be the most ,modern place we’ve stayed at, it was by far the cleanest and most well-stocked house we’re ever had. Everything from beach chairs to bicycles , beach towels, cooking supplies, games, etc are present. It made vacationing so much easier because we didn’t have to lug all of those things in our car. The host was unbelievably explicit in her pre-arrival directions which were so helpful. This is definitely a great place to stay!

Felt just like home

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Dunes J5! Lynn was an amazing host. The whole process was easy and the townhome was fully stocked with everything that we needed. It really felt like home for the week. Lynn was prompt with replies to any questions and even checked in during the week about the weather approaching. The gift card for ice cream was an awesome extra touch. We had a blast!!

Amazing family vacation

I want to say thank you to Lynn for welcoming my family into her home! I stayed in Sea Dunes J5 with my wife, two boys, mother, and sister. Lynn gave us everything we needed to know well in advance of arrival. Getting settled in the house was made easy because of how homey it feels. There is a lot of great space and my mother said, unprompted, that it felt like home the moment she walked into the house. The deck has a beautiful view of the beach and the house is only a short walk to the beach. My kids loved the community pool and my wife loved the hottub! The house absolutely had everything we needed for our stay and we really couldn't ask for anything more. We had a storm come through one night and it was great to hear from Lynn to make sure that everything was okay and keeping us updated on the storm and the experience we might have during it. We had a great stay and I would love to rent J5 again.

I give this house 5 stars because it was a week that my family and I will never forget!! It was super clean and comfortable. The property owner make you feel right at home.

We are now thrilled to be living just off the Island, in Powells Point. We love the beach and are happy to have the best rental on OBX! We have one son who is serving in the Air Force. Our other son (his wife and their two children) serves in the Coast Guard.

We love having a place at the Outerbanks! It is peaceful, very non-commercial, and relaxing! We wanted a place close enough to enjoy!

I also love that we provide all you need for a great vacation! I am often there for a month, and I have all I need for cooking all meals and enjoying the beach!
