We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great location! We enjoyed the many amenities of the property, from use of bikes for a short 5 minute bike ride to the beach, the beach supplies including umbrella and chairs and the wonderful pool!

From my wife: We had the best stay here! This is definitely a house we will book again in the future, it’s in a great quiet location, it’s an easy walk to the beach, it’s close to the strip for all our thrifting and shopping desires. The pool was definitely the highlight for our family but I personally loved the oversized swivel chair and appreciated the not being a TV in every single room! It lends to great quality family time together, the enclosed porch was also a lovely way to spend time together and not get eaten by the bugs. We highly recommend this location and the host Peggy was amazing and responsive!!

Beach house was exactly as described in listing. Everything was clean and an easy process at check in/arrival. The host was very helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful- it feels remote but is actually very close to anything in OBX you’d want to do. We loved having the parking pass for the beach. This is our fourth trip to OBX and this was definitely our favorite house we’ve stayed in!

Everything was just as listed. The pool and the parking passes made our vacation amazing. The house was perfect. We especially loved the screened in porch and grill for family meals. My teenagers oved the pool and the reliable wifi. . We also loved seeing a family of deer each evening on the property Thank you.soMuch for sharing your beautiful home.

My husband and I decided we wanted a quiet vacation to relax and get away from work stress, and we picked the best house for this. It's in a quiet neighborhood and the pool was warm and relaxing. The house was beautiful, and way more house then we need but it was worth it. We hope to rent this again in the future with the kids and grandkids. Thank you Mrs. Peggy for letting us enjoy your house.

Perfect getaway for a long weekend! We asked for the pool to be heated and it was fantastic! Worth the extra fee! House was in a great location for an easy drive or bike to the water. Super responsive host!

Highly Recommend

Clean and comfortable, great location on the outer banks, the little extras including local beach parking passes, beach chairs and bikes made the stay that much better. Used the pool every day and the game room area was the center of evening activity.

Excellent stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The house was everything we expected and more. I would definitely book a stay there again. We were not disappointed by the convenience of the surrounding shopping, beach, and restaurants..

We had the perfect week. The house had everything you need. We felt at home. The heated pool was awesome on the cool days. The passes for the parking at the beach was a nice extra. We loved the area. Short relaxed walk to the beach. I would book this home again.

Perfect family getaway!

We haven’t been in a vacation in many years! We are extremely happy with the location and home! The amenities were just right. We enjoyed the pool and the view. Also perfect distance from the beach.

Nice little stay

First and fore most Peggy was amazing at communicating with me through out the entire process .. The house is super cute the pool is amazing and everything is pretty close .. Thank You Peggy for helping this trip be so much fun.

Perfect place best of the beach and nature

The owners are great. You can't see the beach from the house but you are quiet you will see the deer in the yard!. If we go back to the OBX I would stay there again.

Fun Vacation

The property owner is very attentive to the needs of the guests. Great communication and pleasant to deal with. The house has a cool layout and the owners have a ton of beach chairs, toys, and equipment for guests to use. We really enjoyed our stay!

Nice house in a nice neighborhood. Plenty of room/space. Just a short 10 minute walk to the beach. There are bikes in the garage if you rather ride. Private pool is nice to get in any time of the day. Property manager replies quickly.

Perfect paradise!

We loved it there. A private pool and a short walk to the beach were great and kid friendly. The house and pool were clean. It was the perfect size for our family. The owners have plenty of beach supplies. Definitely would would recommend and would love to stay there again.

Wonderful week

We stayed for a week. The property was very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for two families with kids. The pool was great and everything was close to the beach access! All the amenities were an added touch and we appreciated the beach chairs greatly!

Quiet yet connected to everything you need or want!

This property was perfect for our family. The pool was delightful. The layout of the house was very convenient and inviting. The beach is only blocks away. What more can you ask for?

Summer 2024

We had a wonderful time. The house was great and met all our needs! Pool was wonderful! The owner was so helpful and communicated often, which we loved. We will definitely be booking in the future.
