Welcome to 'Sandy Toes' and the Outer Banks. This is where troubles fade away and memories are made!

This classic Outer Banks style cottage is conveniently located at MP 3.7 in Kitty Hawk, a favorite spot of long time Outer Banks visitors. Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed. There are two full baths, one adjoining the master bedroom. There is also an outdoor shower with hot/cold water to clean off after a great day at the beach. The cottage is constantly updated and well-maintained, and almost all supplies for the home and beach are provided. Best of all - cleaning is INCLUDED in your rental!

Sandy Toes is located in a quiet neighborhood one block off the beach at approximately milepost 3.7 - close to dining, shopping, and family recreation. There is plenty of deck space, room for 3 cars to park (more space is down the street) a screened-in porch with views of the ocean, chairs and a swing, and a short 4-minute walk to the beach. Feel the stress melt away as you sit on the porch gazing at the deep blue ocean. Life doesn't get any better than this!

Relax after a beach day with streaming TV - YouTube TV (over 90+ channels) and Hulu for both TVs and a 600Mps internet connection. Use all your streaming services with every app available, including Netflix, Apple TV, Paramount, Disney and more!

Sandy Toes is FULL of beach supplies for you to use.
For the kids: A high chair, changing pad, portable crib, crib sheets and toddler cups/utensils
For the adults: 6 beach chairs, 4 boogie boards and a beach cart in the laundry room downstairs

We also have everything from home to enjoy your time inside:
- Combination Keurig/drip coffee maker and coffee filters,
- Roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper for both bathrooms
- Dishwashing liquid, hand soap everywhere and cleaning supplies
- Washer and dryer with laundry detergent and fabric softener included
- Full set of kitchen supplies - pots, pans, lots of plates and bows, cups, glasses and mugs, placemats, pot holders and dish towels
- Weber large charcoal kettle grill and grill tools

Bedtime? Sandy Toes has you covered:
- 2 Queen beds with comforters/duvets and pillows - extra pillows available
- 1 bunk bed with a full-size mattress below and a twin up top

What do I need to bring?
- Linens: you'll need them for the beds you're using.
- Bath and beach towels
- Extra paper products if you'll need more than what we provide

Cleaning? It's INCLUDED in your rental! Just take the trash out and give the floors a quick sweep before you leave. Have an issue? Send us a note and we'll get right on it!

Need space for your stuff? Dressers, closets and hanging space galore with lots of hangers to use.

House Rules and Rental Requirements
- We are unable to rent to non-related groups under the age of 25
- We do not rent the house to host events such as weddings, parties or meetings.
- Sandy Toes is a non-smoking property - none allowed under any circumstances
- No pets - many guests have allergies so we want to be open to everyone
- Primary renter must provide a copy of their driver's license
- Names and ages of all guests - we understand this may change but no large groups in excess of the 7 person limit, please
