Escape to a wonderful mountain getaway in our spacious Truckee home, featuring 3 bedrooms: a queen suite, a full bedroom, a double twin room 2 full bathrooms and a loft, our home is ideal for families and welcomes up to 2 dogs!

Enjoy garage access for your vehicle's safety, relax on the large patio, and fire up the BBQ grill for outdoor dining. Need to work? A cozy loft with an office space is available.

Located in a peaceful neighborhood our home is surrounded by beautiful pine trees and quiet neighbors. Tahoe Donner is a great area for families or groups looking to get away from it all without being out of touch. You are only a short drive (25-30 mins) to some of the world's best skiing, including Palisades Tahoe (formerly Squaw Valley), and Northstar. You are also close (10 mins) to downtown Truckee, a bustling little mountain town with some of the best restaurants and shopping Lake Tahoe has to offer.

Guests will have access to the entire home (with the exception of a few locked closets) and the garage. 3 parking spots are available for guests.

STR Permit # 028374 | Maximum Overnight Occupancy (Adults 13+): 6 | 3 Parking Spaces | Truckee’s STR Rules Listed in House Rules/Rental Agreement | Anytime a pet/service animal is outside of the home and is not in a fully fenced backyard, the pet/service animal must be kept on a leash and accompanied by the owner.

Our home accommodates one car in the garage and two additional cars in the driveway.

Home Truths:
- No access for Tahoe Donner amenities
- Like most homes in Lake Tahoe, we do not have air conditioning.
- Outdoor furniture may not be available in the winter months (October - May).
- During the winter months, we recommend 4WD.
- Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations.
- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in additional fines and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
- Events or parties are not allowed under any circumstances. Parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
- Guests will have access to the entire home (with the exception of a couple locked closets/cabinets).
