Beautiful, newly remodeled, two bed/bath condo 50 yards from scenic Kamaole Beach III. Full kitchen and washer /dryer included among brand new appliances, furniture and other essential living amenities. Relax with the trade winds on the newly tiled lanai while watching the sun set into the ocean to the soothing sound of waves crashing on the beach. Enjoy the master bedroom with its king-sized bed and stone shower in the adjoining bathroom. Guest bedroom has two twin beds with a separate bathroom. Easy walking distance to many local restaurants, bars and shops.

Great Place

We all had a wonderful Christmas in Hawaii and our place was great! Maybe just update the frying pans. The Manager on site Lisa Sue was so nice and friendly and always asking if we needed anything. Will for sure be back!

An excellent place to stay for your vacation!

You can't beat the location. Easy access to a great beach and several restaurants. The condo was well equipped and the beds were very comfy. We would gladly stay here again. We hope that future vacationers enjoy the beach toys, blow up mattress and wheeled cooler that we left behind.

Perfect location

Nice walk across the street to the beach. Had family also staying in area, safe walking all along this street to their condos, never felt uncomfortable. Busy area during the day, but quiet at night even with windows open!

Amazing Place

The location is fantastic, directly at Kama‘ole III. The pool and barbecue area is very chilly and relaxing. The best thing about the condo was having breakfast, lunch or dinner on the balcony with that awesome view on the ocean. Looking forward to coming back one day……

Close to the beach

Great location. Beds were very comfortable and we had everything needed to do some cooking. Beware there is no AC and so condo can get warm at times, but unit had lots of fans. I would stay here again.

Probably not the nicest beach in Maui, but a beach in Hawaii is better than no beach. Right across the street from the beach and within walking distance of some shopping and dining. A short drive to other shopping and dining. I would stay at this location again

Fabulous from morning till night!

It was an absolutely wonderful experience to have coffee on the Lanai, soaking in the spectacular view. It was literally a matter of crossing the street to be floating in the warm waters and then closing the afternoon with a swim in the pristine pool. Then soaking up the setting sun and having a great sleep with the ocean breeze washing over us!

We enjoyed having an ocean view, property is well maintained, easy to work with Lisa as a property manager. The location is convenient to beach, restaurants & shopping. Ice maker was good. The many fans help with comfort, but some are getting old. Disappointed that patio doors & screens didn't work properly. There needs to be more dishes & silverware. A new doorstop is needed. Dishwasher was tempermental. Overall would rent again.

Nicely located apartment in Kihei, furniture/equipment could be better

Good host, good communication Location is perfect, parking in reserved spot, checkin, pool access everything with codes, all information prior to arrival, thanks. Pool, BBQ and property very nice and clean. Apartment equipment and furniture I getting a bit old, some things are broken or not work as expected anymore (some power outlets, external fans, door to balcony is not very smooth to open, ...) Kitchen equipment was good, not so much plates and so on, but enough. Cleaning prior to arrivals could have been a bit better. All in all, a good stay, thanks

Disappointed with the unit

The listing is misleading. The unit is not newly renovated. It’s dated and dirty. Some of the furnitures on the photos is not in the units. There are bugs inside the units. The plates have chipped edges all utensils are old and dirty. The kitchen towels is stinky. The beach equipments are broken. We will never recommend this unit.

Nice Place in Calm Kihei

Our family stayed at this property over the holidays 2022. The stay was fantastic. A couple of highlights and points to consider for others who may want to stay here. 1. The unit is pretty clean, could use some updating, but overall good. There was plenty of space for 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) to stay and enough room to host 4 others, we had our whole family for dinner (8) a couple times 2. The unit doesn't have air conditioning, but has lots of fans. Because this unit is on the top floor we got a lot of direct sun so after being out all day the unit can feel hot and stuffy when you return. 3. This isn't a complaint, but rather a notice to anyone planning to stay here. The property has rules and they are actively enforced. A couple to be mindful of. Register your car right away, its easy to do, only takes 5 mins. Also, the rules at the pool are regularly enforced, such as hours, running, jumping etc, be sure to review these rules and make sure your kids know them as well, just to avoid awkward conversations with the property manager.

Disappointment - won't rent this property again

upon our arrival at midnight we discovered that there was a water shutoff the next morning so we needed to be up at 6:30am to shower in time for our appointment at 9am. We went into the condo and found two cockroaches and we had been told a few days earlier that there would be bug spraying within a few days. on our second day we sat at the kitchen table and one of the chairs collapsed as both of the legs on the front of her chair snapped and she crashed to the ground just missing hitting her head on the table. I decided to inspect the other chairs and found that three out of four were in bad shape and unusable so we used the deck chairs instead. I informed the property owner and he contacted the property management company who said they would come out to remove the chairs and give us new ones - I sent them pictures of the damaged chairs and for three days i called them asking when they were going to come remove the chairs and give us new ones and for three days they said they were coming and never showed. on our third day we were called by the property management to inform us that the master bedroom toilet when flushed was flooding the condo below so we had to shut it off to be fixed we were now down to one toilet for 4-6 people for more than 24 hours (2 of our friends ended up staying somewhere else after this). On the fourth day the pesticide people come and as they are spraying we inform them of the cockroaches (of which we found a third one by then)and they tell us they are there to spray for termites..........The master bed was terrible, it was lumpy and had no support in fact it had a broken tv under it which appeared to be helping hold the bed up(the worst bed I have ever tried to sleep on). The sheets had holes in them and looked like they should have been replaced a long time ago, half of the pillows were the same. Most of the towels seemed worn, and there were no beach towels or much of any amenities that we were accustomed to at other vrbo locations we have stayed at. We had 3 rolls of small toilet paper for 6 people for a 10 day stay and 3 dishwasher pods. The kitchen was fair but severely lacking in enough dishes and pots and pans for cooking for 4-6 people. The only reason this property rents is its location - with many other options I would not choose this property again. The property management nor the owner ever followed up after we informed them of the chair breaking and the others that were in bad shape. very disappointing.

Close to beach and town

It was important for us to have a place close to a swimmable beach, and this one was perfect. You cross the road and you are at Kamaole III beach park where you can swim or snorkel as there are some rocks, or you can walk 2 more minutes to Kamaole II to a water without much rock. Also you can walk to some of the stores and restaurants, and drive 1-3 miles to others. We loved the big window in the condo where you can see the water, we loved the balcony where we had our meals. The condo layout is great, we felt comfortable there. At wasn't too hot in the condo in the beginning of March so we didn't even use fans much. The building is clean, the grounds are pretty. We definitely enjoyed our stay there.

Excellent location

The view from the balcony is beautiful. It's possible to see the sunset from the room, the parking lot or the short walk to the beach. Restaurants and shopping were close enough to walk to. Check-in was virtual and super-easy.
