We are located just around the corner from everyone’s favorite, Blue Mountain Creamery. You will love our location with easy access to many of your favorite places like Real and Raw, Cowgirl Kitchen, Red Fish Taco, Mimmos, Blue Mountain Bakery, and also quick distance to bike rentals, unique shops, and easy access to all of your favorite 30A beach towns. You’ll love exploring Gulf Place, Seaside, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach! You can also arrange fishing charters or rent a double decker with slides pontoon and boat over to Shell Island! Grayton Beach is home to 30A's famed Underwater Museum of Art - the first underwater permanent sculpture exhibit in the US for scuba divers. So much to do, you better stay longer!

- PET FREE PROPERTY - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
- Our condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized in between each guest – book with confidence!
- Our condo is located on the ground floor for easy access. Our building sits on a bluff and stairs are required to reach the beach. Please keep this in mind if travelers have any mobility issues.
- Golf cart parking is not allowed on site
- Video doorbell on front door

** SPECIAL WINTER monthly & weekly rates - effective 11/1/25 – 2/28/26 **
SPECIAL MONTHLY RENTAL RATE FOR WINTER 2025/2026 - $4,000.00/month plus taxes, damage waiver & cleaning. For bookings longer than 1 month, monthly cleaning will be required which will also include a linen swap (to be paid by the guest). We will also provide mid-stay cleans and linen swaps for an additional fee.
SPECIAL WEEKLY RATE FOR WINTER - $1,200.00, plus taxes, damage waiver & cleaning (except for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Martin Luther King and President's Day holidays).
THE FINE PRINT
• Minimum Age: This property requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 stay at the property throughout the entire rental term. The primary guest is responsible for all additional guests.
• Pet Free Property - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that must be signed within 48 hours. All your arrival information will be included in this information for an easy and organized vacation experience!
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM. You will be notified automatically on arrival day if the property is available for early arrival – fees may apply.
• Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be in your arrival instructions at check in time.
• Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver for separate purchase or a security deposit hold – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
• We offer optional post booking travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
• No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony
• Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
• All guests booking through the Airbnb booking platform will be required to upload a valid ID for check-in purposes.
*Departure instructions – we know you are on vacation and here to relax so we don't have a long list of chores! All we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
