WELLINGTON ESCAPE is an elegant private residence featuring a generous outdoor space, a covered lanai, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It includes an oversized kitchen equipped with ample supplies and a pool table for leisure activities. You can reserve it for a week or ask about special rates for stays longer than two months. Please be aware that surveillance cameras are installed outside for security reasons.

Neighborhood: This property is situated in Wellington Lakes, positioned off the Winkler Extension area of Fort Myers. The residences within Wellington Lakes are arranged around two five-acre lakes that converge near the community swimming pool. The house was very nice and located in a nice, friendly, safe neighborhood. The community pool was nice also. Many times we were the only ones at the pool. The host was very quick to answer any questions I had.

Perfect house if vacationing with a pet too.

Great location in south Fort Meyers, Easy in Easy out. Short distance to the Beaches, Supermarket, Dining, etc. Kelly was a wonderful host. Quit neighborhood.

Month at Wellington

This is a lovely, clean, spacious house in a very nice neighborhood. It is close to shopping and beach access. It is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The only drawback was we found the furniture uncomfortable and there are some areas that need some TLC.

Family Christmas

Nice home in a great neighborhood. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, pots and pans. The downside is the interior furnishings, carpets are worn and need replaced or updated.

Suburban Fort Myers/Beach Accessible House

This is a great house managed by the most efficient and effective management I have experienced, having rented with VRBO around the world. We needed a house for several months to manage some issues within the area. This house was perfect: 3 great bedrooms; plenty of linens; fully equipped kitchen and very accessible to the entire region. Accessible pool for the neighborhood, in great condition. Couldn't have had a better experience!

We had a wonderful stay at this home over New Year’s week and truly enjoyed our time here. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The master bedroom bed was incredibly soft and comfortable — we slept great every night.We did have a small ant issue in the master bathroom, but the owner was extremely responsive and took care of it right away, which we really appreciated and felt showed great attention to guests.The kitchen is well equipped and does include a coffee maker (traditional drip style). Everything we needed was provided, and the home felt well stocked and thoughtfully prepared.The only minor note is that the garage had a noticeable odor despite appearing very clean. Overall, this is a lovely property with a responsive host, and we would happily consider staying here again.

Not too shabby

Neighborhood was very nice.Kitchen could use upgrades. Dishwasher didn't work too well. Carpeting should be replaced. Location was perfect.

Wonderful and comfortable home!!

Very convenient to shopping, dining, and beach. The house itself was immaculate and we surely enjoyed the pool table. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and dining in. We even barbecued a couple of times. The neighbors was very friendly and it was a very enjoyable stay.

Great 7 months

Had a relaxing and enjoyable 7 months renting while waiting for the construction of our new home. Location is great for shopping, beaches and all that’s need in Southwest Florida.

We enjoyed our stay!! Lovely Place!

The rental staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Check-in was a breeze and house instructions made settling in easy. The house was clean and kitchen well equipped. Close to everything....beaches, shopping and restaurants... great spot!
