Perfect house, would definitely stay here again. The yard was adorable to hangout in. House was super close to everything.

The house was very nice, and we enjoyed staying there. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the town center, which was great, and we walked there every day. It was on a quiet street, which helped, since many streets in Nantucket are quite crowded. One feature of the house that was interesting was that both bathrooms were downstairs, and 3 of the 4 bedrooms were upstairs, which was fine, but should be explained in the description.

Little house with lots of character! A little on the older side. Great as a landing spot close to town and not too far of a ride to the beach, Cisco, or wherever you find yourself. The beach chairs were great! Not a lot of amenities ( towels had stains). It was fine for 7 girls who just love Nantucket.

Water faucet in back bathroom is dripping. No number on front of house to say it was number 18 Atlantic.

Pictures are accurate and check in was smooth. The bathrooms are pretty outdated and both are on the 1st floor whereas 3 of the 4 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, so that wasn’t ideal. Communal space and kitchen were lovely. Bedrooms were tight and beds pretty uncomfortable. All that said, you’re paying a super reasonable rate for proximity to town. We weren’t expecting a luxury experience and the space worked well for our two families - would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage! Plenty of room for 3 of us, it was nice and clean, and a quick trip into town. We will definitely be back!

We had a small group of adults in town for just a few days. The house was clean, cozy, and an easy walk to downtown. Would happily stay there again.

Girls Weekend

We had a great stay! The home was as described. The outdoor shower and patio space were lovely. We would definitely stay here again. The house was about a 15 minute walk into town.

Great house, lovely location

Super clean, well organized property. Well-stocked kitchen (sugar, salt, etc.), regular and beach towels and beach chairs. Lovely backyard. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location!

This house was a perfect location and easy 15-20 minute walk into town. It was comfortable for the family to stay in and we all had our own space. Not ideal that both bathrooms were downstairs, but we did love and make use of the outdoor shower! Like many older places, the house is a bit dated and is a beach cottage, but James was very responsive and helped us with whatever we needed.

Best stay ever

James was an absolute pleasure of a host. Made sure to tell us the basic ground rules without being over bearing - and was super responsive via text. The location was perfect, and I had the best 30th birthday weekend with my best friends. Highly recommend booking with him.

Great location!

We've been coming to Nantucket for years and enjoyed our time in this sweet cottage. We loved being able to walk to town for dinner and having easy access to the bike path. Its central location makes it a great home base for an easy drive or bike ride to numerous beaches! The backyard is tiny, but private and a great spot to have a pre-dinner cocktail. The owners were easy to work with and attended to our concerns quickly.

Loved the location, the outdoor shower, and the fact that we had beach towels and chairs. Tv and internet worked great. No book with house information anywhere. Needed kitchen towels and a few more bath towels. Shower curtain liner needs replaced. Loved nantuckett

Served its purpose

This house worked well for our group of 6 adults. Walkable to town (approx 20 min) and bus routes. Both bathrooms were on the 1st floor which wasn’t a big deal for us, but wouldn’t work as well for families with kids. Loved the outdoor shower and backyard. Communication with owner was challenging - we couldn’t find the white binder with home instructions, and the owner was very slow to respond (1-2 days).
