Highly recommend! Beautiful condo, view, etc. bed and couch was very comfortable. Plenty of parking, easy walk to the beach and moon crush venue. Didn’t use the pools but they’re nice as well. Cabana cafe had large portions and decent food.

Sandy was an amazing host! The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed for the weekend! She communicates great and wants your vacation to be the best! Will definitely be coming back!

Great Place

The unit was in neat, clean condition when we arrived, and it had everything we needed throughout our stay. Sandy was a wonderful host. We enjoyed the pool for most of our stay due to strong currents at the beach and double flags, which we were able to see "Flags" updates from the unit balcony. The beach was just a 3-5 minute walk. Definetly coming back in the future!

Great Stay!

My family and I loved everything about this condo! In our opinion, it was one if not the best value stay in all our years of visiting the area. Highly recommend this one.

Family Vacation

Property was as listed. Check-in was easy. Overall great experience and close to the beach. The pools were a plus also, my son really enjoyed that part

Family beach trip!!

We enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room for our family of 6. I enjoyed getting up every morning and sitting on the porch and looking at the view of the ocean.

Great time

We had a great time in Destin and this condo gave us everything we needed for our trip of 5. Close to beach (with good views) and close to Destin area attractions. I would have no problems recommending this condo to friends and family.

Perfect relaxing stay

The condo is exactly as described. It was the best stocked place we have ever been in, having anything you could possibly need. It was incredibly spacious and had plenty of blankets and pillows. The walk to the beach was easy. Highly recommend this place !

Perfect vaca

Check in super easy. Great view. Entire property clean. Short walk to public beach. Did not try restaurants on site. Shopping and food nearby.

Perfect for our small family

Plenty of room for 4 adults, each bedroom had a bathroom. The third bedroom worked for my 5 year old granddaughter. She loved the bunk beds! We loved how easy it is to get to the beach, good restaurants, and a nearby music venue. We spent time in the heated swimming pool as well.

Excellent cozy combo for family vacation

We had great times staying at this combo! It’s cozy, clean, has absolutely everything you need. The balcony has enough space for a family meal, so everyone could enjoy dinner and the beautiful ocean view. Sandy, the manager, is fantastic, very easy to reach, and very helpful. We’ll be back, thank you!

Great location, perfect 3 bedroom

Everything was wonderful. The place is very nice, clean, and well maintained. The location is right across from the beach. Our little one had a great time watching everything from the spacious balcony. We had a lot of fun at the pool and in the downstairs restaurant, too. Highly recommend!

Nice Stay at The Beach

The unit was nice, could use a little updating, but was in an excellent location with a great view. Get rid of the rug in the living room, it has seen better days.

Spacious condo, short walk to the beach

We were so happy with this rental! It was the perfect amount of space for the 6 of us including 3 children. Huge balcony with great views of the gulf. The walk to the beach was very quick. The pools were nice. Great location with several restaurants within walking distance. Sandy was so easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this condo!

Wonderful

We have stayed at several condos in the same building. This is by far my favorite. Sandy was wonderful to work with. Codes and instructions were sent promptly. Everything was tidy and the location is wonderful as always. We will defiantly be staying in 702 again!

The relaxing week we needed!!

Beautiful condo!! Very clean! Incredibly comfortable bed in the master bedroom. The beach was super crowded at this time of year so I encourage renting an umbrella and chairs so you have a spot reserved between 8:00-5:00. Sandy was very easy to reach and very helpful with any questions we had. We would highly recommend this condo for a relaxing, carefree vacation.

Quick Get away

Two adult couples - I booked because it said one King and one Queen bed - there is NO QUEEN bed in bedroom 2 -at best it is a double! Not a good condo for two couples -

I'm sorry you were uncomfortable but, it is a queen size mattress. We use queen size sheets and linens on the bed. This is the first complaint I have ever had about the bed. Again, my apologies. Other than this, I hope you and your friends had a nice time. Thank you for booking your vacation with me.
